Although quality education is advocated in China,examination is still the most important way to select talents,whether it is the implementation of the college entrance examination system or the mainstream value orientation of the society.High school students will inevitably be under the pressure from society,school and family,which is easy to produce test anxiety.This study takes high school students in L middle school in Lanzhou as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,interview and participatory observation,we collect data to understand the current situation of high school students' test anxiety,and use "questionnaire on Influencing Factors of middle school students' test anxiety" to explore the influencing factors of high school students' test anxiety,Under the guidance of Jung's analytical psychology theory and empowerment theory,Sandplay Therapy is combined with group work to intervene the service objects,so as to alleviate the test anxiety of high school students.Before and after comparison and interview methods were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the group work.The research found in this article: First,most high school students in L Middle School are troubled by test anxiety,and students with moderate and high test anxiety account for three-quarters of the total number.Among the students of L Middle School,47.1% have moderate test anxiety,27.9% have high test anxiety,and only25.0% have low test anxiety.Second,There are significant grade differences and gender differences in the test anxiety of high school students in L Middle School.Among them,the test anxiety level of senior students is higher than that of lower grade students;the test anxiety level of girls is higher than that of boys;there is no significant difference between the test anxiety level of only-child and non-only-child high school students.Third,The factors influencing the level of test anxiety of high school students in L Middle School from high to low are: worry about poor academic performance,worry about the consequences of the examination,inferiority complex,adverse factors of the examination environment and the interference of emergencies.Intrinsic factors are the main influencing factors for high school students' test anxiety,while external factors have relatively little influence on high school students' test anxiety.Fourth,the problem of test anxiety of high school students in L middle school is widespread,so it is necessary and feasible for social work to intervene in the problem.Fifth,the intervention of group work has significantly reduced the test anxiety level of the group members,and the group members are highly satisfied with the group activities.The intervention of group work and Sandplay Therapy has achieved positive results in alleviating test anxiety of high school students.
