After the 21 st century,with the increasing emphasis on the concept of "people-oriented" in China society,more and more attention has been paid to people as independent individuals,how to enhance the self-efficacy of employees in enterprises has become a problem that cannot be ignored.If the employee is afraid to try the unfamiliar work content because of their limited skills in the work,or to have a wrong cognition of themselves,to locate their own ability only in a specific degree,lack of challenge consciousness,and at the same time,the training mechanism in the enterprise is not perfect,then it is difficult for the employee to improve the ability and cultivate self-confidence,which leads to the low sense of self-efficacy.Based on the field survey results of Guangzhou a Industrial Park,this study investigated the present situation of self-efficacy of employees in the park by observation method and questionnaire method,and then used the interview method to conduct in-depth interviews with employees with low self-efficacy,analyze the influencing factors of their low self-efficacy,and further evaluate their needs.Using cognitive behavior theory and energy enhancement theory,the nature of group work in this study is defined as learning group,which can enhance the self-efficacy of employees through skills learning,self-confidence cultivation,setting goals,cognitive reconstruction and so on.In this study,7 employees whose self-efficacy value was lower than the average of adult self-efficacy were selected as service subjects.In the process of group service,social workers combined skills learning with cognitive transformation to improve their working skills by learning computer operations skills.On the basis of group interaction and reflection,they set goals and formed correct cognition to themselves,thus improving their self-efficacy.Throughout the group process,social workers play the role of guides and supporters,responsible for guiding the team members to share the experience of the game,and listen patiently,using empathy to express understanding of the team members' feelings of disbelief,on the basis of which to encourage the team members to dare to try and challenge the difficulties in the work.At the end of the group work,the author mainly evaluates the effect of the intervention of the learning group through process evaluation and result evaluation.The evaluation results show that the intervention of learning group is effective,and the influence of many factors on employee self-efficacy should be paid attention to in the process of group activities.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the self-efficacy of employees from the aspects of government purchase of social work service,enterprise management,social work service and employee cognition.
