| Relocation is an unprecedented practice of poverty reduction,which is to move the poor people in rural areas to places where their living and development conditions are relatively superior,and through a series of supportive measures,a comprehensive poverty alleviation method that enables the relocated residents to shake off the poverty situation and achieve stable poverty alleviation.In the face of the new living and learning environment,the relocated teenagers are sensitive,self-abased and afraid of change because of the changes of the external environment and their own shortcomings,thus there are anxiety,poor self-confidence,school weariness or even“Hidden” drop-out problems.Therefore,to improve the relocation of young people due to changes in the living environment,a series of problems,enhance their sense of self-efficacy,not only to make themselves better adapt to the new living environment,also for their later life development laid a good foundation.Based on the theory of social learning and the theory of dominance perspective,this study explores the ways to improve the self-efficacy of relocated adolescents.In the early stage,through the observation method,the interview method and the scale method,we investigated the self-efficacy status of the adolescents in the relocated community,because of the lack of child discipline,the lack of community capital and the deviation of teachers’ evaluation,many of them have the problems of poor communication and expression,self-negation and frequent expression of school-weariness.According to the above status quo and problems to improve communication skills,anxiety management and improve learning self-confidence needs assessment,through these assessments,based on the four ways of acquiring self-efficacy,such as successful experience,substitute experience,speech persuasion and emotional arol,seven group activities were carried out,constantly reflect and summarize the contents of group activities,and then rectify the group program.The results showed that the relocated adolescents gained knowledge about self-efficacy,ways of perception and ways of improvement by participating in group activities.The group members’ self-confidence in the face of the learning task has been improved,the group members have acquired effective communication skills,the expression ability has been improved,the group members’ behavior of accepting the change has gradually become obvious,and they have become more positive,the team members increased their awareness of self-efficacy and improved their self-efficacy in all aspects.The study concluded that the increase of successful experience,continuous communication mode,emotional support and the positive role of the relocated adolescents as role models were beneficial to the improvement of their self-efficacy. |
