| With the continuous development of modern agriculture,there are new development opportunities for agriculture-related majors in secondary vocational schools,while facing development opportunities,they will also face many challenges and problems,so there is an urgent need for a group of qualified comprehensive technical personnel.At present,due to the uneven self-management ability of secondary vocational students,the orderly teaching in secondary vocational schools has caused certain difficulties,which has also become a major problem for vocational schools to cultivate students.Based on this background,the thesis conducts investigation and research on three aspects of vocational students,schools and families.This study draws lessons from domestic and foreign scholars on the self-management ability of students,through interviews and questionnaires which takes L vocational school in Gansu Province as the research object.Research on the this basis of problem.putting forward the corresponding solution strategies for vocational students on how to improve their self-management capabilities.In the writing of this study,searching a large number of self-management related literature,the corresponding questionnaires and interviews were designed.Using SPSS software showe the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data: 1.The self-management ability of secondary vocational students is at a moderate and low level;2.The results of analysis of variance indicate that the vocational students themselves,school and family are all have a certain influence on their self-management ability.Through the analysis of the difference of between effective questionnaires and the analysis of interview results,it is found that the main reasons for affecting the self-management ability of secondary vocational students are the following seven points: 1.The teaching methods for teachers are old and single,which affects the teaching effectiveness and students self-learning ability;2.Lack of teaching resources and enough guidance affect students self-control ability on time spent on mobile phones;3.Parents prejudice on secondary vocational education and insufficient attention of children that affect students enthusiasm and initiative;4.Lack of effective measures for class teacher management and students collective sense of honor that affects their self-management ability and cooperative learning ability;5.Thesecondary vocational students lack of professional knowledge and confusion in future employment greatly affects their initiative and self-planning ability;6.School and family are not closely lined also affect the improvement of comprehensive quality of vocational students and the healthy growth of children;7.The survival of vocational schools in a serious "self-centered" psychology,affecting students self-discipline and interpersonal communication ability.According to the analysis of the problems and causes of the self-management ability of secondary vocational students,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward: 1.Teachers use innovative teaching methods ability of introduction of the school's "Dual teacher" faculty to improve students learning interest and self ability to learning;2.Guide students in vocational schools to use Internet teaching resources rationally to improve students independent thinking and search capability;3.Parents step out of the "Misunderstanding" of vocational education and pay attention to the employment prospects of students that improve their self-confidence and self-planning ability;4.Strengthen the professional training and construction of the class teacher that improve students sense of identity to the class teacher and the sense of honor of the class collective;5.Set up courses of career and psychological education courses to improve students ability which plan employment and make them healthy growth;6.Promote the characteristics and professional prospects of secondary vocational schools through new media that improve school awareness and the closeness of family and school cooperation;7.Guide students to stimulate self-management awareness,improve self-management capabilities and establish self-fighting goals. |
