Exploration And Practice On The Cultivation Mode Of Agriculture Related Majors In Higher Vocational Colleges

At present,our country is in the growth period of agricultural modernization.Agriculture is restructuring,and the demand for talent of high technical application of rural industry is urgent.Higher vocational colleges should cultivate high skill talents of agricultural mission.But the higher occupation education in our country is at the beginning stage.Experience is limited.The demands for talents in various parts of agriculture are different.So we must find a suitable training mode of regional economic development of agriculture related professionals in Higher Vocational colleges.Taking Yantai Vocational College as an example,this paper probes the construction of agricultural talents training mode in Higher Vocational colleges.First,introduces the definition and the domestic and foreign talent cultivation mode,and elaborates "agricultural professional","Vocational Colleges","personnel training mode","new farmers" concept,and analyze the personnel training mode of "4+1+1","2+1+2+1" and "1+1+1".It also analyzes the PDCA cycle theory.All of this lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up study.Secondly,analyzes the mode and effect of "training by post and learning by work" in Yantai Vocational College,and analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings.Then based on PDCA circulation theory and the domestic and foreign talent cultivation mode,construct the mode of agriculture related professional — "regional development,agriculture related and multiple interaction".This model includes four aspects: regional talent demand,post setting,training mode and guarantee mechanism.The training mode adopts "three stages and three platforms" training mode.the first stage is studying cultural courses.The second stage is combining work with learning.The third stage is the stage of internship.The "three platform" aims to change the single way of past cooperation.The government and industry associations will be introduced into the training process to fully integrate the resources of the three platforms.And trains the agricultural related talents which suitable for the development of agricultural economy in Yantai.
