| Vocational education aims at training special talents in certain technical or vocational fields.Different from general high school education,secondary vocational education focus on training application-oriented talents.We should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,and attach equal importance to expertise and professional core ability.Therefore,secondary vocational school personnel training should adapt to the requirements of China’s socialist modernization construction,and export high-quality skilled person with strong professional core ability,who can quickly satisfy the needs of enterprises’ posts,and develop in the all-round development.In recent years,as China’s social and economy developed,we need more and more application-oriented talents.Secondary vocational schools should follow the trend and set up professional talents training objectives according to the requirements of vocational posts,which are suitable for their own development and make talents training enter the stage of high-quality and large-scale development.Based on the in-depth understanding of the current situation of financial and business students’ training in Zigong secondary vocational school,this paper constructs talent training from multiple dimensions and the characteristics of secondary vocational students in order to promote the healthy operation of the training mode.Through the questionnaire,we investigated the relevant employers,some students of financial and business majors in Zigong secondary vocational school,interviewed 30 teachers on the spot and by telephone,and analyzed the current situation of vocational core competence training of financial and business majors in Zigong secondary vocational school by Spssau data analysis software.According to Pareto’s "28principles",drawing and observing Pareto’s chart,this paper sums up seven aspects that need to be focused on in vocational core competence training of financial and management majors in Zigong secondary vocational school.At the same time,it defines the connotation of vocational core competence,analyzes the necessity and importance of vocational core competence training of secondary vocational school students based on relevant educational theories,and summarizes the elements and characteristics of vocational core competence of secondary vocational school students.Combined with the existing research results and questionnaire survey results,this paper finds out the main problems and reasons of the vocational core competence training of Finance and Commerce major in Zigong secondary vocational school,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. |
