Research On Training Of Vocational Core Capacities Of Students Majoring In Economy And Management In Secondary Vocational School

Faced with a highly competitive employment environment and increasingly frequent job changes,more and more employers not only require employees to have solid professional knowledge and skills,but also have vocational core capacities that are universal,transferable,and sustainable.Therefore,in order to improve their vocational core capacities,secondary vocational school students should not only earnestly study professional knowledge and skills,but also pay attention to developing their own vocational core capacities.Training vocational core capacities of secondary vocational school students has become an important way to increase their employment competitiveness and meet the needs of employers.Although most secondary vocational schools have realized the importance of vocational core capacities,there are still many problems in the specific training process.At present,there are few researches on the cultivation of vocational core capacities of students majoring in Economy and Management in the secondary vocational school at home and abroad.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research.Based on previous research results,this thesis begins with the definition and cultivation of vocational core capacities,analyzes the status quo and problems in the cultivation of vocational core capacities of students majoring in Economy and Management in the secondary vocational schools,defines the vocational core capacities of secondary vocational school students majoring in Economy and Management and builds evaluation index system.Then the author posts and retrieves questionnaires through the Internet and conducts empirical analysis.Firstly,this paper analyzes the recycling questionnaires using the SPSS software,including reliability analysis,factor analysis,mean analysis to determine the composition and importance of vocational core capacities.Secondly,through descriptive statistical analysis,combined with the problems existing in the training of vocational core capacities of the secondary vocational school students,the status quo of vocational core capacities training of secondary vocational school students majoring in Economy and Management is analyzed.Based on the model construction and data analysis,this thesis designs a training system for vocational core capacities of secondary vocational school students majoring in Economy and Management,defines that the training objectives should highlight the cultivation of vocational core capacities,builds a modular curriculum system based on the training objectives,including practical operation module,professional literacy module,promoting studying with competition module,theoretical development module and so on,builds evaluation index system and pays attention to the cultivation of vocational core capacities of teachers.And this paper proposes supportive suggestions from several aspects including government,enterprises,and schools in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of vocational core capacities training system for vocational school students majoring in Economy and Management and practically improve their vocational core capacities.
