With the popularization of high school education and the expansion of college enrollment,secondary vocational schools are facing with severe enrollment difficulties.In order to stabilize the source of students,the school can only lower the enrollment threshold,resulting in a large number of students with learning difficulties entering the school,and the quality of school education has seriously deteriorated.Based on this,based on the ecosystem theory,this paper selects the students of Tianshui A Secondary Vocational School as the survey object,and uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the students' own factors,family factors,school factors and social factors.In order to discuss the current situation and causes of students with learning difficulties in vocational schools,and put forward suggestions for solutions.Research have shown that the main factors that affect the learning difficulties of students with learning difficulties in Tianshui A Secondary Vocational School are learning interest,learning habits(preview before class,class notes,review after class),learning attitude,learning motivation,teaching methods of teachers,teacher-student relationship,campus culture,the spread of electronic products,the rise of entertainment venues and the influence of the bad atmosphere in society.Based on the results of the above research,this paper proposes the following transformation suggestions.(1)Develop a good learning attitude and learning habit.(2)Stimulate learning motivation and cultivate learning interest.(3)Improve parents' education methods.(4)Create a warm family environment.(5)Combine family and school to promote family education.(6)Establish a good teacher-student relationship.(7)Update teachers' teaching methods.(8)Perfect teaching resources and create a harmonious campus culture.(9)Use mobile phones and internet reasonably.(10)Improve the unhealthy social atmosphere.(11)Build a trinity education system of family,school and society.
