Learning Disabilities are widespread in the learning process of students in every grade,especially in the learning process of secondary vocational students.Learning Disabilities have a serious impact on the quality of students' learning and the teaching quality of school.Failure to help students overcome this learning difficulty will inevitably make students lose their interest in learning,hate learning new knowledge,and produce negative emotions of avoidance,which need to be resolved urgently.The author takes the tourism major of J school as the research object,and conducts field surveys through questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation.A total of 217 questionnaires were distributed,201 valid questionnaires were recovered,4 teachers were interviewed,and 20 lessons were observated.Using the SPSS 23.0 to process the questionnaire and found that there are significant differences between the grades of secondary vocational students and the four dimensions including study habits,study motivation,teachers and parents,peers,and majors.Combining student questionnaire analysis,teacher interview information and classroom observation,it is analyzed that the current situation of learning difficulties for secondary vocational students is four aspects: poor learning habits of students;impure learning motivation and lack of interest in learning;teachers,parents,peers,and professional courses are all set Affect learning;for the purpose of entering a higher education,focusing on studying subjects related to examinations.According to the status quo of Learning Disabilities of secondary vocational students,the author analyze the causes of Learning Disabilities of secondary vocational students and classify them as internal and external factors.The internal factors are the main influences,including weak basic knowledge,poor learning habits,lack of interest in learning,poor learning attitude,and poor self-control.The external factors include the five aspects of teachers,families,peers,schools and society.On this basis,the author continue to propose targeted transformation strategies from internal and external factors.The internal factor as the mian influencing factors,including consolidating basic knowledge,cultivating learning habits,stimulating learning interest,correcting learning attitudes,and improving self-control.The external measures continues to focus on teachers,families,peers,school and society are discussed in depth.Taking the cause of formation and transformation strategy as the criterion,select two representative students to analyze the real and concrete causes of Learing Disabilities and make target conversions.
