Contemporary education not only emphasizes the importance of knowledge,but also attaches more and more importance to the essential character and key ability of personal lifelong development and social development.Thus,the research field of core quality of middle school is derived.However,compared with middle and high schools,vocational schools,which not only need to learn theoretical knowledge but also acquire skills,put forward broader requirements for students' quality,which gave birth to vocational school students' professional quality education.When each school started to implement the requirements of professional quality,it was found that each class would have students who temporarily lagged behind due to various reasons,which is what we often call students with learning difficulties.Students with learning difficulties have been a major problem plaguing modern educators.The difficulty lies in how to guide students with learning difficulties correctly and achieve the effect of transformation.If the problems of students with learning difficulties can be properly transformed and solved,it will play a positive role in rigorous logical thinking ability,improvement of academic performance,cultivation of learning interest,communication between teachers and students,and even the attitude and views towards life in the future.At home and abroad,most studies on students with learning difficulties start from the perspective of psychology,and most studies focus on the problems of students with learning difficulties in middle and high schools,and pay little attention to vocational education schools.This paper adopts literature research,teaching practice,questionnaire survey and interview and other research methods.By referring to relevant literature,this paper first enumerates relevant pedagogical and psychological theories,and on this basis expounds the definition,classification and common characteristics of students with learning difficulties.Then use of questionnaires and interviews with the teacher in charge and individual students,understand the secondary poor student at school,after to summarize the results of the survey analysis,discovery and primary and high effectthan the current secondary vocational poor student in learning problems have certain regularity and features: for example,most secondary vocational poor student learning motivation comes from interest only,not stable and easy to lose;Lack of organization concept,time management concept and hard-working consciousness;Most of the students are mentally fragile,with low self-esteem and cowardice.Weak willpower,emotional easily excited,easily confused,contradict the teacher.In view of these problems try to explore the reasons behind,and also put forward some preliminary vocational teachers can take measures: teachers should pay attention to each student,give more encouragement and praise.Not only cultural knowledge but also time management methods should be taught.Cultural teachers should pay attention to exploring the deep meaning of knowledge layer by layer.Teachers can set learning examples.Combine with the reality of life,stimulate students' interest and guide them to concentrate.After put forward the countermeasures,for half a year,divided into two stages to learn trapped into work,and finally into object,comparing the interim final grade input SPSS to verify whether trapped into learning strategies play a result,the results showed statistic t = 3.666,P value is less than 0.01,therefore,that the first round of transformed into the,and the second after eight into achievement of the object class ranking has changed,can be thought of transformation measures valid for six months.Teachers for a poor student of personalized transformation measures,it is the prerequisite and guarantee for the poor student out of,the aim of this study is through a series of observation,practice and summary to the transformation of secondary vocational education poor student study provides reference case,through real-time monitoring,and effective feedback,truly improve vocational education poor student status,thus improving their academic performance.
