New youths struggling to enter a better new era,shouldering the hope of the motherland,and striving to improve their own qualities and overall quality are urgent tasks.With the strong support of the national sports policy,the relationship between female college students 'exercise behavior and physical self-esteem is studied based on the theories of developmental psychology,female psychology,and social psychology,with a view to enhancing students' physical fitness and achieving physical health with the promotion of exercise behavior,At the same time improve the level of students 'physical self-esteem,better recognize and evaluate themselves,and achieve mental health.To this end,this study took 465 female college students in Lanzhou as the survey object,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and logical analysis method to explore the status,differences and relationship between female college students' exercise behavior and physical self-esteem.It is concluded that there are significant differences in the exercise behaviors of girls from different student sources(p ? 0.01);there are significant differences in the exercise behaviors of girls of different majors(p?0.01);the exercise behaviors and physical self-esteem of girls of different grades(p?0.01)There are two significant differences between them;the number of exercises,exercise time and exercise intensity of different girls are different and significant in exercise behavior and physical self-esteem(p ? 0.01);The result of the correlation(p ? 0.01).And draw conclusions and make reasonable suggestions accordingly.By studying the relationship between exercise behavior and physical self-esteem,it plays a complementary role to help students better form physical exercise habits and complete psychological construction.Through the study,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The exercise behavior of urban female students is higher than that of rural female students;there is no difference in overall physical self-esteem.(2)There are differences in exercise behavior among girls in different majors,and the exercise behavior of science and engineering students is significantly higher than that of medical and literature and history students.(3)Girls in different grades have differences in exercise behavior and physical self-esteem,freshmen are significantly lower than sophomore,junior and senior students in exercise behavior,and sophomore students are significantly higher than freshmen in physical self-esteem.(4)Students who exercised more than three times a week were significantly higher than those who exercised once and 2-3 times a week.(5)Different exercise time has difference in exercise behavior and physical self-esteem,and students who exercise more than 90 minutes each time are significantly higher than those who exercise less than 60 minutes and 60-90 minutes each time.(6)Different exercise intensity has difference in exercise behavior and physical self-esteem,and the students with high intensity of each exercise have significantly higher exercise behavior and physical self-esteem than those with low intensity and moderate intensity of each exercise.(7)There is a positive correlation between exercise behavior and physical self-esteem,that is,the higher the exercise behavior,the higher the level of physical self-esteem;and vice versa.
