Research purposes: Calisthenics is a closed sports item in the classification of motor skills.In the process of calisthenics exercise,individuals need to perceive the muscle strength and position of each part of the body,and use the feedback of external sound and image to improve the sense and perception of the body muscles.It is more necessary to have a clear memory of the combined movements on the basis of physical exercises,and to combine the musical rhythm and express them through the body and facial expressions in an infectious way.Therefore,in the process of calisthenics exercise,not only put forward higher requirements on the body sensation and body shape,but also has good promotion effect on cognitive attention and working memory.The purpose of this paper is to explore whether and what kind of significant effects calisthenics exercise has on body self-esteem and implicit self-esteem.By putting the aerobics elective class and not to take part in sports exercise,comparing the students compare their in 16 weeks aerobic exercise body self-esteem and implicit self-esteem differences before and after the intervention,and to explore the effect of aerobics exercise of female college students' mental health and the stability of long-term physical exercise implict self-esteem whether there is any impact.Method: In this study,the experimental group and the control group were used before and after the experimental design,to explore the effects of 16 weeks of calisthenics exercise on the body self-esteem and implicit self-esteem of female college students.A total of 32 female students from the second year aerobics elective class of China university of geosciences(Beijing)university were selected as the experimental group,and 30 female students who did not take the elective course of physical education were selected as the control group.The body self-esteem scale and implicit association test were used to measure and evaluate the body self-esteem and implicit self-esteem of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Results: 1.After 16 weeks of aerobics exercise,the body self-esteem level of the experimental group was significantly improved than before the experiment,including multiple secondary dimensions such as motor skills,physical condition,physical fitness and sense of self-worth;2.After 16 weeks of aerobic exercise,the experimental group's implied self-esteem did not improve significantly,but the results of the implicit association test before and after the experiment in the experimental group were tested by paired sample t-tests,both in compatible conditions and inconsistent.Under the conditions,the response time of the subjects improved significantly.Conclusions: 1.Aerobics exercise has significantly improved the level of physicalself-esteem of female college students(P<0.05),especially in the four secondary dimensions of motor skills,physical condition,physical fitness and self-worth(P<0.05).2.The aerobics exercise has no significant effect on the implicit self-esteem of female college students,but the aerobics exercise has a tendency to improve and improve the implicit self-esteem of female college students.
