The important role of teachers in education development and reform,national prosperity and national rejuvenation has been emphasized in the important documents issued by the state in recent years.The important position of teachers in realizing the "education powerful country",the Chinese dream of Chinese Dream and the building of a modern socialist powerful country with Chinese characteristics has been increasingly recognized and highly valued by the state and the government.However,as physical education teachers,because of the reasons in the historical development process,they have always been the most vulnerable group in the education system and dissociated from the edge of education,it leads to no sense of well-being,no sense of achievement,no sense of honor in the society,and makes the quality of physical education and teaching in schools,especially in primary and middle schools,inefficient.This paper studies the structure of the identity of new PE teachers in primary schools from more than 50 primary schools in the new Binhai district of Tianjin,through questionnaire survey,Case Analysis and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the professional values,professional belonging,professional knowledge,professional skill level,job involvement,professional behavior tendency,organizational support and educational reform attitude.1.Conclusion:(1)the identity of New Primary School Physical Education Teachers in Binhai New District of Tianjin is a multi-dimensional structure composed of eight factors: professional values,professional belonging,professional knowledge identity,professional skill level identity,job involvement,professional behavior tendency,organizational support,and teaching reform attitude.(2)from the research on the identity of the new primary school physical education teachers in Binhai district of Tianjin,it can be concluded that the overall level of the professional identity of the new Primary School Physical Education Teachers in China is higher than the theoretical median,at the same time primary school beginning Physical Education Teachers early identity on the 8 dimensions of the performance of the initial imbalance.(3)from the perspective of the life history of the new teachers in Binhai district of Tianjin,the process of their identity can be summarized as follows: Identity ? disidentity ? identity ? more profound identity ?....The spiral character.(4)there is a linear correlation between the level of the annual gross income and the level of the organizational support and identification with the increase of the annual income.(5)the internal and external factors that influence the identity of the new PE teachers in the primary schools in the new Binhai district of Tianjin.The internal factors include: personal experience,professional motivation and physical education teachers' own professional skills,personal experience belongs to the category of personal identity,professional motivation belongs to the category of professional identity,and professional skills belong to the category of professional identity.External factors include: Working Environment,wage income and social status,belonging to the category of status identity.2.Suggestion(1)to establish positive professional values and strengthen professional identit of PE teachers in primary schools.(2)setting up the consciousness of self-determination of sports specialty and strengthening the professional identity.(3)strengthen the self-reflection in the process of physical education eaching,and monitor the status of identity.
