Research On Mental Health Education Of Female Postgraduates

Statistics from the Ministry of education show that by the beginning of 2015,the number of women graduate students in the country had reached 908287,accounting for 49.16% of all graduate students.In recent years,the mental health problems of female graduate students have become increasingly prominent.Because of mental stress,academic pressure,employment pressure and other reasons,suicide,self mutilation,wounding and other extreme events have been reported.The mental health problems of female students study not only affect their own health and growth,but also affects the stability and development of colleges and universities,the relationship between the happiness of thousands of households,family and harmonious relationship with the future of the next generation of population quality.Pay attention to the mental health problems of female graduate students,they pay attention to the psychological health education,guide the female graduate to resolve psychological problems,healthy growth,is an important subject of the times,but also be sure to finish the historical mission.From the perspective of Ideological and political education,this thesis studies the mental health problems of female postgraduates in higher education.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the mental health of 500 female postgraduates in different majors and grades of Yan’an University.At the same time,reference to other experts related findings.Through statistics and analysis of questionnaires,the main psychological problems of female postgraduates are summed up as follows: anxiety problems,depression problems,dependence problems,inferiority problems and interpersonal disharmony.And then analyzes the causes of these psychological problems is the main evaluation of female postgraduates’ self-awareness is not objective and psychological pressure to resolve poor interpersonal harmony;the traditional concept of mental health adverse effects,the negative influence of mass media,college mental health education work is not in place;the poor psychological quality and mental health awareness family and school mental health education ability is weak;College of female postgraduates’ psychological crisis early warning and intervention mechanism is not perfect,psychological counseling system is not perfect etc..According to the psychological problems of female graduate,systematically put forward the effective countermeasures: help female graduate students to master the scientific method of psychological adjustment,correct understanding and self evaluation,establish a good interpersonal relationship,to ease the pressure,enhance mental health capacity;family,school and society to form a joint force,mental health to carry out the education of female postgraduates in many ways,a good environment for the construction of mental health;improve school psychological counseling system,establish and improve the psychological crisis early warning and intervention mechanism to resolve the female graduate students’ psychological problems,and effectively improve the mental health level of female graduate students,for their healthy life,create favorable conditions for the successful completion of their studies.The problems of mental health education is based on the study of female postgraduates ideological and political education,play professional advantage,follow the thought and psychological development of the law system,studied the effective countermeasures of mental health education of female graduate students,to further promote the female postgraduates’ mental health education,improve the psychological health level of female graduate students that has important theoretical value and practical significance.
