In the past,the evaluation of football students in colleges of physical education was based on examination results alone.Practice has proved that students’ academic achievement includes many dimensions.Value-added evaluation has improved this problem,and it pays more attention to the process of students’ academic development.It is a student evaluation method that covers the starting point,process,and results,and is an important supplement to the student evaluation system.In order to establish and promote the evaluation system for the comprehensive development of students as soon as possible,in October 2020,the General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly states: "We shall,starting from the issues of concern to the State and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the masses of the people and the society,actively break the law and advance simultaneously,promote the reform in important fields of education evaluation,and achieve substantive breakthroughs.They shall always maintain the scientific effectiveness,improve the results,fully implement the evaluation process,explore the evaluation of value,improve the comprehensive evaluation under the problem-oriented principle,and enhance the scientificity,enthusiasm and professionalism of the evaluation work in combination with Internet information technology.Based on the literature,comparison,Delphi and AHP,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of academic achievement increment of football college students,and determines the weight of AHP.The following conclusions can be drawn from the construction of the evaluation index system for the increment of academic achievement of football college students:(1)With the rapid development of education in China,the comprehensive evaluation of students has become an important way to promote the reform and development of education evaluation,and a set of relatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the increment of academic achievement of football college students can better understand students’ academic achievement;(2)The increment evaluation system for academic achievement of football college students is determined by using the Delphi Method through three rounds of expert questionnaires,including five first-grade indexes,namely,moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor education;five second-grade indexes,namely,ideological and moral character,learning ability,sports ability,aesthetic ability and labor ability,are refined into 20 third-grade indexes;(3)When calculating the weights of the indexes,the "moral education" is the most important index in the first-grade indexes,followed by "sports","intellectual education","labor education" and "aesthetic education;in the second-grade indexes,the" moral quality "is the most important index,and the" physical education "learning ability" and "aesthetic ability" rely on the second-grade indexes;and(4)The scientific construction of the evaluation index system for the increment of academic achievement of football college students is based on.At the same time,the selection of indicators should fully consider the principles of horizontal and vertical linkages,comprehensiveness and systematic sustainability.The reliability and authority of the results are ensured through multiple rounds of expert consultation and the establishment of an indicator system.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)It is necessary to interpret and apply the value-added evaluation results obtained by students in terms of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,labor,and other aspects with caution.(2)The extension of student value-added evaluation should be reflected.To ensure that every student has room for added value when participating in evaluations.(3)The follow-up work of student value-added evaluation should be improved.Assisting students in effective learning through scientific evaluation,promoting their development,and achieving educational equity.
