On March 18,2019,in the symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools,general secretary xi,proceeding from the overall cause of the party and the country,expounded the great significance of running ideological and political courses well and pointed out the direction for promoting the construction of ideological and political coursesThe general secretary XiJinPing pointed that“we should adapt ourselves to the situation,advance with the Times,and be new with the situation to do well in ideological and political work in colleges and universities.To make good use of the main channel of the courses of ideological and political theory.And the courses should be strengthened through improvement.And make work come alive by new media and new technologies.And to push the traditional advantages of ideological political work highly integrated with information technology.In order to enjance sense of times and attractiveness.”at the natioal conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The course of ideological and polilitical theory in colleges and universities is the main channel and position for the education work of ideological and political theory oncollege students.There fou,the teaching of techers of ideological and political theory cousrse.With the teaching means of teachnological improvement,the ideological and polical theory course teaching has made a great improvement on teaching metheds.That is no longer simply rely on the theory of “cramming” teaching way.However,use of various teaching methods.Such as discussion method,case analysis method,video observation method,but the teaching effect is still not ideal.The reason why the effect of teaching is not prove is that our traidtinal class usuaslly put the classom?teacher and theory is the center.And the student enthusiasm initative and creativity are not fully mobilized.The emergence of “flip”classroom teaching mode,with new teaching concept,teaching method of the organic combination of network teaching and face-to-face teaching,students' autonomous learning and the integration of interactive discussion between teachers and students,teaching in class and after class complementary,bring new breath to ideological and political theory class teaching way,in order to promote the reform of the current ideological and political theory course teaching mode into the new power.Xinjiang is located at the border of the motherland,Southern xinjiang is a place where "five people go to eight countries and one road connects central Asia".Southern of xinjiang university education object is composed of multiple nationalities students,college students of all nationalities in the psychological characteristics,way of thinking and mandarin level show diversification,existing methods of teaching to a certain extent,can not adapt to the southern of xinjiang,university ideology security situation increasingly complex and serious,not to ideological and political education of students of all ethnic groups work better.This paper proposes to introduce the teaching mode of "flipped classroom" into the ideological and political theory course teaching in colleges and universities in southern of xinjiang,combine the information teaching means with traditional teaching means,promote the teaching ability of the ideological and political education theory course teachers in colleges and universities in southern of xinjiang,and promote the comprehensive development of students of all ethnic groups in colleges and universities in southern of xinjiang,to ensure that qualified builders of socialism and trained reliable successors.This paper describes the research background and significance of topic selection at first,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and methods,innovation and deficiencies of the research;This paper summarizes the related concepts of "flipped classroom" teaching mode.Secondly,this paper puts forward the significance of optimizing ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in southern of xinjiang,collects data through investigation,analyzes the current situation of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in southern of xinjiang,and finds out the existing problems and causes of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in southern of xinjiang from the current situation.Finally,the paper mainly explores the application path of "flipped classroom" in ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities in southern of xinjiang.
