Solving the employment problem of rural labor force after the transfer of land is an important starting point for achieving a well-off society in an all-round way and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Land circulation is an important means to optimize the allocation of land resources and promote the transfer and employment of rural labor force.It is also an inevitable path to realize the scale management of land and the development of modern agriculture under the framework of the existing land system.In recent years,with the further advancement of land circulation,the employment problem has become one of the biggest challenges faced by rural labor force after the transfer of land contractual management rights.For Xinjiang,which is located in the northwest border of China,the employment problem of rural labor force is related to the overall situation of rural economic development and social stability.Solving the employment problem of rural labor force after the transfer of land is not only an urgent task related to the overall situation of reform,development and stability,but also a strategic task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.While it is of great significance to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of rural labor force's employment choice to solve the problem of rural labor force's employment.Therefore,this study takes shawan county in xinjiang as an example and investigates the characteristics of rural labor force's employment choice.This study attempts to clarify the factors restricting the employment choice of rural labor force after the transfer of land,find out the problems existing in the employment of rural labor force,and provide first-hand empirical data for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Xinjiang Province to maintain the stability of border ethnic areas and build a harmonious society.On the basis of fully investigating the actual employment situation of rural labor force in Shawan County of Xinjiang,this study further clarifies the theoretical support of rural labor force's employment choice from the perspective of rural labor force,according to the existing push-pull theory,human capital theory and other relevant economic theories.Using the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative research,through the statistical data of Shawan County and the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview data on the specific situation of rural labor force's employment choice in16 villages,this paper analyzes the employment situation of Shawan County,the employment situation of rural labor force after the transfer of land and the existing problems,and constructs a multi-classification Logistic model to empirically analyze the restrictive factors of rural labor force's employment industry choice,employment area choice and employment channel choice,and finds out the factors influencing employment choice from the perspective of rural labor force after the transfer of land.Through the research,the key conclusions can be drawn:(1)The employment of rural labor force after the transfer of land in Shawan County has some problems,such as low comprehensive quality of rural labor force,insufficient effective skills training,low degree of organization,etc.(2)Employment industry level:age,gender,nation,education level,health level,burden level,per-income and economic development level of the investigated regionhave significant influence on employment choice,while age factor has weak influence on employment choice;(3)Regional employment level: among the objective factors,gender,education level,health level,care level,and land circulation deadline have significant effects on the choice of labor employment region,while nation,per-income and economic development level of the investigated region have weak effects on the choice of labor employment region;Subjective factors have different degrees of influence on the rural labor force's choice to go out for employment.(4)Employment channel level:age,education level,working together,health level,Relative cadres and Work-experience have a significant impact on the choice of employment channels for rural labor force,while parents' education level and career factors have a weak impact.In order to promote the effective employment of the rural labor force after the transfer of land from Shawan County,this study puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly,to improve the level of human capital of the rural labor force and enhance its employ ability;The second is to establish a perfect service system and broaden employment channels.The third is to develop the regional environment and broaden the employment space.
