Mind mapping is a sharp thinking tool invented by Tony Buzan,a famous British educator,in the 1970 s.It is known as the "Swiss Army knife" of the brain.Mind mapping allows the brain to produce many ideas,and at the same time the structure is clearly presented.Its unique advantages,applied to the composition teaching,to optimize the composition teaching can play a certain auxiliary role.Under the background of the new curriculum reform and the development of students' comprehensive quality,the traditional composition teaching method lacks the guidance of thinking,while the thinking map composition method arouses students' divergent thinking from multiple perspectives.This paper attempts to study the application of mind mapping in the composition teaching of junior high school based on the existing Chinese textbooks compiled by the ministry and the advantages of mind mapping in the context of the "new curriculum standard".The thesis consists of three chapters.The introduction first describes the research idea,the reason of the problem,research background,research status analysis,research methods and research significance.The first chapter is the feasibility analysis of mind mapping in junior middle school writing teaching.First,the basic principles of mind mapping are introduced.Then,questionnaire survey and interview are conducted between students and teachers to understand the current situation of writing teaching in junior high school and their opinions and Suggestions on mind mapping.Finally,combined with the advantages of mind mapping,it is applied to the composition.The second chapter is teaching cases and analysis.This chapter formulates teaching objectives and plans according to the Chinese textbooks compiled by the ministry,and takes grade 7 as an example to conduct teaching research and research results analysis.The third chapter is the conclusion part,which summarizes the improvement of mind mapping in composition teaching and expounds the problems and countermeasures of mind mapping in composition teaching.After analyzing and reflecting on the teaching practice effect,the author believes that the mind mapping tool can play a certain role in promoting junior high school students to write well.By drawing mind maps,students can enhance their interest in writing,find suitable writing content,and help them clarify the writing structure and broaden their thinking in writing.
