Problem Analysis And Strategies For College Students' Entrepreneurship Education

China is walking into a new era of entrepreneurship and innovation,which represent the highest level of a country in the comprehensive national strength competition worldwide.How to enhance the college students' capability in this field has been regarded as a key project to help promoting current social development.In Davos World Economic Forum held in September,2014,Prime Minister Li Keqiang points out that a new wave of entrepreneurship and innovation will appear on this land of 9 million 600 thousand square kilometers.The year2014 is called “China's first year of entrepreneurship”.On April 27,2015,the state council issued No.23 document on further enhancing entrepreneurship under the new situation,pointing out that emphasizing entrepreneurship and innovation will make the country being powerful and her people being wealthy and measures of encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation should be adopted to create more job opportunities.Later on,the state council continuously issued documents on boosting entrepreneurship and further promoting the reform of higher education on entrepreneurship and innovation,further clarifying the responsibility of colleges and universities as the cradle of cultivating young entrepreneurship.Deepening the higher education reform on entrepreneurship is the national innovative strategy,the necessity of advancing economic development,and a significant measure to carry forward the higher education reform and to push forward higher quality employment of college graduates.Positively guide the students' entrepreneurship,strive to cultivate entrepreneurial talents,and adapt to the current national situation and trend of the times,is the need of the current social and economic development,which is of far-reaching significance for building a harmonious well-off socialist society in an all-round way,and for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.College students starting their own businesses does good to the students themselves,and meantime,the newly founded companies may help provide more jobs for others,which also does good to the whole society.With the high personal quality and advanced and specialized knowledge,college students starting their own businesses will deepen the reform of our present company's economic structure,thus positively promoting the development of the society.There're mainly three parts in this thesis.In the first part,the thesis introduces general theories and background information of college students starting their own businesses,which is the process in which the entrepreneurs search,identify,evaluate,develop and utilize opportunities and integrate resources through interaction with the environment to create new values.Its value exists in the products or services provided for the customers.Entrepreneurship education is a new education concept that appeared in 1970 s in the West,which aims at cultivating talents with the consciousness of entrepreneurship,pioneering spirit and capability of starting their own businesses.This concept is bound to come into being with the development of informatization and globalization,internationalization and universalness of higher education.The development of college students' entrepreneurship education is the requirement of the economic age,the effective way of relieving employment pressure,the necessity of the reform of higher education and the college students' personal development.In the second part,the thesis analyzes the present situation of college students' entrepreneurship education.This education boosts the reform and development of higher education as well as the introduction of a series of new policies.With the entrepreneurship fund,many education bases for college students starting their own businesses have been found.Looking back the development of entrepreneurship education in China,although great progress has been made,yet many problem like inaccurate cognitive concepts,unsatisfactory faculty construction in the university,imperfect theoretical system,thin cultural atmosphere and narrow range of implementation still exist.In the third part,the thesis puts forward specific strategies.Firstly,enrich the content of the entrepreneurship education,clarify the educational goal and make the knowledge structure scientific.Secondly,attach importance to the cultivation of college students' entrepreneur spirit,entrepreneur quality and experience.Thirdly,construct scientific course system and education mode as well as deepen the reform of educational management and the management rules of the students.Fourthly,adjust the structure of faculties into a more creative,experienced and specialized one.Fifthly,create atmosphere for entrepreneurship education,expand the publicity channels for entrepreneurship education,forming the interactive effect between entrepreneurship and education.Sixthly,make a sound system to support college students starting their own businesses,optimize college students' entrepreneurship policies and regulations and establish effective security mechanism.How to stimulate college students to start their own businesses has become a significant project of our government.Based on the social reality and the research of the relative materials,with the theory related to education,management and sociology and the main method of investigation,the thesis does research in collage students' entrepreneurship education,hoping the issue will push forward further research and give impetus to the maturity of China's college students' entrepreneurship education.The author is also very thankful for getting help from scholars of the same trade.
