Research On Social Work Intervention Of Cleaners' Increased Willingness To Join Insurance

China has entered a critical period of economic and social transformation,and the labor market has undergone tremendous changes.More and more “older” workers are joining the cleaning industry.The number of people in this group is increasing,but their participation in social insurance is not as good.People's will,for example,the willingness to participate in insurance is not strong,and the rate of participation is still low.It has a negative impact on the stable operation and sustainable development of China's social insurance funds,and it has imposed a burden on the country and society.Whether cleaners are willing to participate in social insurance is directly determined by consciousness,so changing the willingness of cleaning to participate in insurance has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on a review of the literature,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the social insurance situation of 220 cleaning staff at J cleaning company in Pingshan District,Shenzhen,and conducted in-depth interviews with 5 corporate managers and 10 cleaning staff.The company's cleaners generally have a low willingness to participate in insurance.The cause of this problem is the group's misunderstanding of social insurance,their lack of knowledge about social insurance,and low income levels.Based on the review of the literature,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the social insurance situation of 220 cleaners of J Procter & Gamble Company in Pingshan District,Shenzhen,and conducted in-depth interviews with 5 corporate managers and 10 cleaners the cleaning staff of the enterprise generally have the problem of reluctance to participate in social insurance.The reason for this kind of problem is that cleaning staff have wrong perception of social cleaning,lack of knowledge about social insurance and low income level.Based on this,the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the group work method involved in the promotion of cleaning staff's willingness to participate in insurance,and explores the work of the group to enhance the cleaning staff's willingness to participate in insurance,modify their knowledge of social insurance,and promote their understanding of social insurance knowledge,maintain theirinsurance rights and other aspects,and use cognitive behavior theory,group dynamics theory and rational selection theory,through the formation of learning groups,according to the needs of group members to conduct cognitive reorganization,to simulate social insurance knowledge education and social insurance damage how to protect the rights and other group activities later,help the group members to establish the correct insurance concept,learn social insurance knowledge,understand the first-aid method after the damage of rights and interests,and achieve the goal of enhancing the awareness of cleaning staff to participate in insurance.
