In this new era of rapid development of the network,how to use the network media efficiently,how to deal with a lot of influences brought to us by massive network media information rationally and dialectically,and how to participate in the production and operation of network media efficiently have gradually become an unavoidable problem for people.According to the 2017 survey report on Teenagers' Internet literacy,the average score of teenagers' Internet literacy is only 3.55(5 out of 5),and the overall score is relatively low.Although some teenagers' cognitive ability and mental development are not complete,they can easily master the technology of new media.Many parents say that their children's Internet use technology is higher than that of their parents.Teenagers are gradually approaching the "middle zone" of network media culture,so their network media literacy is related to the progress and development of the network era.Young people are in a critical period of growth,lack of overall understanding of the network media,vulnerable to the misleading of bad information,especially in vocational colleges.Although higher vocational colleges are one of the important channels for cultivating talents,most of the students who enter higher vocational colleges are due to their lack of learning ability or poor family conditions.Compared with the students in ordinary high schools or universities,the students' values in higher vocational colleges are more immature and more easily misled by bad network media information.Their network media literacy level is generally low,so it is necessary to improve the network media literacy of teenagers in vocational colleges.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview on the network media literacy ability of Vocational College Students in Hunan x school.The results show that there are four main problems existing in the current higher vocational education of X School:(1)poor self-control of students;(2)lack of education related to Internet media literacy;(3)lack of self-confidence in participating in Internet discussions;(4)lack of creativity of Internet media information.In response to the above problems,the author recruited 10 team members to carry out the social work intervention of "network media literacy improvement team".The team work aims to strengthen the reserve of network media literacy knowledge,improve the self-control of team members,and participate in the self-confidence and self-Media creativity of network media,so as to comprehensively improve the network media literacy of team members ? This paper makes a deep reflection on the process of social work group intervention,and analyzes the advantages of group work intervention: diversification of activities,strengthening of themes.It also points out that the sample number is relatively small and the time of group intervention is relatively short.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the network media literacy of Vocational College Students: the government creates a good network media education environment,the society and Vocational College cooperate to establish the network media literacy education system,attaches importance to the family network media literacy education of vocational college students,the media plays a role of propaganda and guidance,the network media platform strengthens the supervision and filtering of network information,and social workers propose Improve the personal ability of vocational students.
