This dissertation starts with the economic environment and industrial layout of Jiang xi Province,and elaborates on the economic and industrial development planning of Jiang xi Province in recent years.After that,using the firm in development zone of Jiangxi as a research sample,the corresponding environment of Jiang xi Province was introduced accordingly.And further analyzes and compares the industrial layout,state of economic prosperity and the main production mode of enterprises in Nanchang Economic Development Zone and the economically developed areas.At the same time,it is pointed out that under the premise that Jiang xi Province advocates enterprises to help promote industrial transformation and development and focuses on cultivating talents that match the pace of industrial development;the introduction and concentration of regional talents in Jiang xi Province will further promote regional social and economic development and the transformation of enterprise production models The importance of upgrading.Judging from the survey,most enterprises in Nanchang Economic Development Zone have a single talent structure and a low proportion of high-level talents.Most enterprises do not even have the demand for high-end talents.Talents with a bachelor's degree or below are the backbone of the company's production activities.With the development of enterprises,market demand and government-oriented changes,the demand for talents in the production development process of some enterprises has become higher and higher,and the talent structure has gradually moved to a higher level and diversified Development.The author believes that in the social environment,any relationship cannot be established without matching supply and demand.This includes the needs of social development,industrial upgrading and transformation,the needs of business operations to adapt to market competition,and a series of needs of talents themselves.Enterprises must do a good job in bringing in talents so that talent resources can meet their own development planning needs.It is necessary to meet as many talents needs as possible under the regional environment and the company's own basic conditions.At present,most of the related research on talent introduction is based on the micro-level research of enterprise human resource management and the discussion on the single government talent gathering macro-control.It does not integrate the macro and micro levels well,provides comprehensive guidance for enterprises or regions,andlacks certain practicality and reproducibility.According to the writing direction of this dissertation,research has been done from three aspects.The first is to do a lot of research and research on the relevant theories of talent development planning,talent policies,talent gathering,incentive principles and needs for talent introduction at home and abroad.In order to explore three related needs theories including Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,in the process of enterprise upgrading and transformation,provide guidance and related issues for the formulation of talent introduction strategies.The second is to conduct related research on the enterprises in Nanchang Economic Development Zone in Jiang xi Province.The three aspects of the current situation of talents in Nanchang Economic Development Zone,the tendency of talent demand factors that have been settled in Nanchang Economic Development Zone,and the introduction of talents from representative companies were respectively understood.After that,through the analysis of the survey situation,the case company's various measures and effects on talent introduction were combined with related theories to analyze the feasibility of applying the relevant needs theory to the formulation of corporate talent introduction strategies.It also advocates that the enterprises in the region should complement their own talent shortage and improve their competitiveness in terms of talent introduction methods and methods,combined with the existing environmental conditions and government policy guidance of Nanchang Economic Development Zone.In this research,the available talent introduction methods and methods can be used to extract the effective measures taken by the case company in talent introduction,and provide a reference for specific optimization measures that can be replicated for companies in the same region that have production upgrades and transformations.The specific methods are as follows: Do a good job of the company's own development planning and clarify the direction of its own development talent demand.According to the talent demand goals,such as: talent types,salary,etc.,study the core of their needs and formulate corresponding strategies to meet the talent demand as much as possible.It is mainly reflected in two aspects: basic needs and growth needs.Strengthen talent protection from multiple perspectives.The reason for the poor results in recruiting talents cannot be attributed to salary and remoteness,so as to minimize the cost of talents choosing to work in the enterprises in our district.Strengthening the degree of symmetry of the information of talent introduction strategy and the information acquisition of the required talents,so that the talents have a relatively complete conceptof what they have obtained after entering the company's work during the intent consultation stage.Let talents see the intuitive benefits of choice for their own development,and strengthen the availability of benefits to stimulate talent willingness.Make good use of the government's policy dividend guidance,publicize the matching policy terms to talents,and clarify the available policy dividends that match the talents.Promote to the talents the good atmosphere created by the local government that values talents and cherishes them,so that talents can find out the benefits available and meet their need to be respected.Comprehensive regional environment,government policy orientation,and enterprise research can comprehensively analyze the talent needs of local enterprises and local government policy provisions.Provide a basis for strategy formulation that matches the actual situation for Nanchang Economic Development Zone enterprises to successfully introduce talents,meet the production human resource needs of enterprises.At the same time,it provides a more effective and reproducible reasonable reference for enterprises in economically underdeveloped regions with similar environments that are in urgent need of production transformation.
