| Education is an important part of the national rejuvenation of the country,in the education of students have a direct significant impact is the teacher.A teacher is an important link of inheritance and innovation in education.First of all,a teacher is the receiver of knowledge.Through the process of receiving education,a teacher should have knowledge reserve and humanistic quality.Furthermore,a teacher is a giver of knowledge and character.Teachers should not only achieve the goal of "teaching",teach their own knowledge to students by various means,cultivate students' interests and hobbies,improve students' knowledge and accomplishment,shape students' personality development,etc.,let students better face the future occupation and work position.Moreover,teachers should also achieve the goal of "educating people".Through their good conduct and correct guidance to students,teachers can make students have correct outlook on life,values and social outlook,and students can get better development in society,to be recognized and appreciated by more people.Teachers play an important role in the development of students.Every student teachers face is a different individual,and each individual is full of different differences,so teachers in the teaching process can have a richer emotional experience,but also face great challenges,so teachers can become one of the happiest careers.However,if teachers have physical and psychological symptoms in the course of their career development for external or internal reasons,they can not face and deal with these symptoms positively and correctly,over time,such symptoms will gradually form a teacher's job burnout.Job burnout not only affects teachers' own physical and mental health,but also worse,it affects teachers' attitude towards class and students,and students' interest in a course,finally affects the student comprehensive development as well as the student's occupation choice.Taking music teachers in Chengguan district of Lanzhou City in Gansu Province as an example,this paper studies the factors that affect the job burnout of music teachers in middle schools.1.The lack of support for music teachers by education administrators affects the formation of teacher burnout.2.The negative factors of public opinion affect the formation of teachers 'job burnout.3.Teachers 'own pursuit of perfect image and job burnout caused by taboo factors.4.The professional burnout of music teachers caused by the weak factors of students' music literacy.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward four countermeasures to prevent and alleviate the job burnout of music teachers in middle schools.1.To support the professional development of music teachers and pay attention to their mental health;2.Social Support and care alleviate teachers 'job burnout;3.Actively carry out the mission of teachers,strive to give full play to their strengths;4.Strengthening the cultivation of students' music quality in the compulsory education stage. |
