With the rapid development of modern society,there has been greater demand for those skilled talents with comprehensive abilities,secondary vocational education undertakes the responsibility of training the skilled talents.In the present global economy,good communication has become an important part.English teaching has been an important exploration nationally,socially and educationally.The reform and opening-up policy has revived the secondary vocational school English teaching,many problems related to English teaching has exposed as the development,for example,the traditional classroom teaching method of secondary vocational makes it hard for students to adapt to the new era,the overuse of multimedia in English classroom,fear of English classroom for secondary vocational students.At present,theory of high school English teaching problems has made great achievements in academic field,however,there has great room for the research related to effectiveness of English classroom for vocational school students.This research will be based on the research data of domestic secondary vocational English classroom teaching in the recent 20 years and then according to the general situation of Changsha secondary vocational English classroom teaching problems,the specific cases in Changsha Secondary Vocational School of Finance and Economics,combined with the questionnaire survey,personal work log,summary and lecture notes and data sorting,and other forms of research in secondary vocational English classroom,in accordance with the basic characteristics of the secondary vocational English classroom effectiveness and principles,analyze inefficiency in the secondary vocational English classroom subjectively and objectively,puts forward some countermeasures to improve secondary vocational English classroom teaching effectiveness from the common reasons and personality factors from society,schools,teachers and students.This paper firstly investigate the current situation of English classroom in Changsha Secondary Vocational School of Finance and Economics school,and then find there are four big problems that lead to the ineffectiveness of English classroom,that is,poor performance of English classroom teaching,unreasonable teaching class hour,old single teaching methods,improper appraisal and teaching evaluation.On this basis,put forward suggestions in the effective management of ascension,rationalization are secondary vocational English classroom effectiveness from strengthening student's emphasis on English learning,create a cultural atmosphere of the professional English class,and to strengthen the construction of secondary vocational English teachers in secondary vocational English teaching.This includes: 1.The education environment should be student-oriented,to ensure that the English teaching practicability,and strive to make innovation;2 It should highlight the practical application of English class teaching;3.Make good use of the Internet and network to improve students' classroom participation,4.The teacher should use the Internet to renew the teaching idea;5.It should carry out a good effective management of secondary vocational English classroom teaching which can not only evaluate the teacher but also the students;6.A teaching competitive mechanism should be created so that teachers can be trained to be all-rounded.
