2.0 Action Plan is an important appraoch to deal with the educational reform and development in new period.The aim of 2.0 Action Plan is promoting the deep integration and innovation of information technology in teaching.The cultivation of informatization teaching innovation ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools is an important driving force for the construction of innovative teaching staff in the information 2.0 period and the promotion of informatization teaching innovation and development in secondary vocational schools.However,most researches on the innovative ability of informatization teaching of teachers focus on its connotation,framework and development level.There are few researches on the influencing factors of informatization teaching innovation of teachers,and no attention is paid to the group of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to further study the mechanism that influencing factors affect the informatization teaching innovation of secondary vocational teachers,to deepen the reform of informatization education and teaching,to improve the secondary vocational school teachers' informatization teaching ability,and to improve the professional development system of secondary vocational school teachers.This study sorted out four keys influencing factors of informatization teaching innovation of teachers in vocational schools,by the relevant literature of informatization teaching innovation and the analysis of teachers' informatization teaching ability requirements in the new period.The influencing factors including informatization teaching consciousness,informatization teaching knowledge,information technology application ability,and the satisfaction of teachers to school informatization construction.This study explores the influence mechanism of these four key factors on the informatization teaching innovation ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools on this basis: to puts forward 9 hypotheses that affect the informatization teaching innovative ability of secondary vocational school teachers by structural equation modeling software;design questionnaire to survey four secondary vocational schools,and 319 valid samples were obtained;use SPSS and AMOS to analyze and empirically verify the collected questionnaire data to test the hypothetical relationship between the informatization teaching innovation ability and its influencing factors;finally,according to the conclusion,the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve teachers' informatization teaching innovative ability at secondary vocational school.The main conclusions of this study including:(1)Building a structural relation model of factors influencing the informatization teaching innovation ability of secondary vocational school teachers.From the model,the information technology application ability has a direct positive impact on the informatization teaching innovation ability.informatization teaching knowledge has a direct positive impact on the information technology application ability.There is a positive correlation between informatization teaching consciousness and informatization teaching knowledge.The satisfaction of teachers to school informatization construction has a direct positive influence on informatization teaching consciousness,informatization teaching knowledge and informatization teaching innovation ability.Informatization teaching consciousness has no direct influence on informatization teaching innovation,but informatization teaching knowledge has a positive effect on information technology application ability,which further affects informatization teaching innovation ability.(2)This study put forward promoting strategy: to strengthen the informatization teaching reflection consciousness,improve the informatization teaching knowledge system,strengthen the information technology application ability,speed up the school informatization and so on.
