With the rapid development of society and the improvement of living standards,the physical fitness of children aged 3 to 6 years old has attracted more and more attention,and the physical training of preschool children has become a top priority from the perspective of life-long sports.Preschool children are in a “sensitive period” in terms of the development of physical organs,physical strength,sports skills,psychological adaptability and intellectual ability.Correctly grasping this critical period and intervening in the content of physical fitness exercises have a great influence on the improvement of preschool children's physical fitness,which in turn can promote the development of personal lifelong sports.Physical fitness exercises are based on the principles of interest,science,innovation,simplicity and exercise.In order to enhance children's physique,improve their physical and mental health,and promote the all-round development of their physical fitness,intelligence and social adaptability,it is carried out in kindergartens or areas suitable for children's activities,with sound rhythm as the background,diversified sports game exercises as the auxiliary methods and the development of various skills as the means.And it take all the physical exercise activities as the content with the cooperation of equipment,constantly adapt to the difficulty of exercise as the goal,and realize the development of life-long physical education as the purpose of young children's exercise.This paper takes the methods of literature,expert interview,measurement,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out experimental research and analysis.Selecting 40 kindergarten children as a sample,the test is conducted according to the“National constitution measurement Standards Manual”(infant section).The test content includes physical agility,body coordination,lower limb strength,body flexibility and balance,explosive power,waist and abdominal muscle strength and upper limb strength.The results of the study show that:1?The flexibility of young children is generally good,and there is little difference in physical fitness index between male and female children in preschool stage.The data of the experimental group can be measured and analyzed by ignoring the genderdifference.2?The physical quality of the experimental group has been significantly improved in a number of test indicators after the physical fitness training.There are significant differences in 10-meter return running,sitting forward flexion,continuous jump,standing long jump,tennis throw and balance beam sports.Although there is no obvious difference in height and weight,it is also improved.3 ? All the test indexes of the experimental group with the content of physical fitness exercises are better than those of the control group,especially in the 10-meter return running and sitting body flexion.4?The analysis of pre-test and post-test physical fitness index of the control group showed that the physical fitness index was slightly improved,but there was no significant difference and the range of improvement was small through normal kindergarten physical activity.
