Chinese college students nowadays physical decline led to health problems, in order to better promote the healthy development of students, we need to take effective measures to enhance the college’s constitution. The nature and function of bodybuilding can be very comprehensive to improve students’physical fitness, students solve health problems. But university teaching fitness system is imperfect, resulting in poor student exercises to actively frustrated, thus affecting the quality of teaching, but also a waste of fitness teaching resources.Through experiments, literature, questionnaire survey and other research methods to the Central China Normal University, a non-random sample of460students in physical fitness test Physical Education, Central China Normal University to understand the current physical condition of non-sports majors to provide reference data for the study of the experimental intervention; Central China Normal University and fitness classes were randomly selected60non-sports professional male students as experimental subjects, changes in exercise intervention studies under non-sports aerobics class professional students’physical condition.The results were as follows:1. Central China Normal University, non-sports professional male and female students were normal morphological development and overall development of boys than girls, while girls than boys are high in fat and muscle content lower proportion of girls; lung capacity of men and women have reached the national average standard line, and boys and girls between BMI and lung capacity step test only failed to reach the level; boys and girls are particularly weak physical fitness, in addition to quality and endurance especially on lower extremity strength were seriously inadequate.2. Exercise intervention programs can effectively promote the classroom few cases of non-sports majors bodybuilding training effect, can effectively improve the physical fitness level of non-sports majors, especially muscle content and quality are significantly improved, and muscle correlation constitution different levels are also increased.3. Exercise intervention program enables teachers to fully understand the students ’problems, goals and ideas to improve the atmosphere in the classroom and efficiency, increase students’motivation to learn, physical education curriculum to help students complete the basic objective of improving the quality of teaching, effective teaching resources to prevent the waste of bodybuilding.
