Since the beginning of this century,the information technology represented by the Internet has shown explosive vitality.Emerging media platforms have vigorously developed thanks to the advancement of information technology,which has greatly changed the current information dissemination pattern.New and old media continue to collide and merge.It has caused profound changes in the way of information dissemination,concepts and effects.In the current China,both the speed of social transformation and the speed of economic development have entered the fast lane.The social structure and economic structure have undergone major changes and adjustments,the pattern of interests has been re-divided,and ideology and concepts are also facing drastic changes.As a basic and pioneering industry,the transportation industry has been particularly affected.In recent years,the frequency of transportation emergencies has increased,and the traditional way of guiding public opinion has been unable to adapt to the new changes and new requirements under the new situation.With the development of network technology,a series of subjective and objective reasons for the information dissemination brought about by the new media environment have tested the government's public opinion guidance work under emergencies and affected the credibility of the government.Active and effective guidance on the public opinion of the emergency in the new media era will greatly promote the proper resolution of emergencies,and promote the government to further improve the emergency response mechanism for emergencies,and reshape the credibility and positive image of the government.This article takes the public opinion guidance of transportation emergencies in the new media era as the main research object.Through the use of mature communication theory,it explores the characteristics and development rules of the network public opinion in the transportation emergencies of the new media era,and proposes the current government departments of transportation.Launch new ideas that are reasonably and effectively guided by online public opinion,and provide ideas and suggestions for transportation government departments to respond to the rapidly changing public opinion trends,turn crises into opportunities,and maintain social harmony and stability.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly to sort out and elaborate on the research background and current status of the subject,show the existing relevant research results at home and abroad,and introduce the research methods and ideas of this article.The second chapter expounds the relevant concepts and theories related to the network public opinion guidance of transportation emergencies in the new media era,defines the scope of the space for research,and lays a theoretical foundation for thesis writing.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the network public opinion guidance of transportation emergencies in the new media era.Objectively elaborate on the basic situation and measures,and analyze the problems in the current work,such as the insufficient use of self-media by the government,the insufficient real-time supervision of online public opinion,the low quality of government journalism practitioners,the government departments'opinions on opinion leaders.Insufficient norms and other issues,and analyze the cause of the problem from multiple levels of subjective and objective.The fourth chapter analyzes the cases of domestic and foreign government departments responding to emergency network public opinion,by listing the fact that foreign government departments respond to transportation emergencies online public opinion and other domestic government departments respond to the industry's emergency network public opinion.Case study,analysis and discussion of mature experience that can be used for reference and misjudgment that can be avoided.Chapter 5 proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the guidance of public opinion in the transportation and emergencies in the new media era,emphasizing the establishment of scientific ideology,complementing the mechanism construction shortcomings,and strengthening capacity building,thus guiding the public to work together to build a good public opinion environment.
