Research On The Value Pursuit And Realization Path Of "'Sanquan' Education Community" In Colleges And Universities

In December 2017,the party group of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China issued the "Outline for the Implementation of the Quality Improvement Project for Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities",proposing to comprehensively coordinate the education and management functions in all fields,education and teaching,and all aspects of personnel training.Support the creation of the”'Sanquan' Educational Community" and form a collaborative education mechanism that combines school,family and social education.As a educational concept and innovative practice for the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the new era the"'Sanquan' Educational Community" is of great significance for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities and improving the quality of personnel training.This article is divided into four parts:The first part,on the basis of analyzing the concepts of "Sanquan education" and"community",explains the essential connotation and basic characteristics of the,'Sanquan' Educational Community".The "'Sanquan' Educational Community" is based on the "Ten Education System”,which covers the participation of all groups,all links and various spaces in the university,the whole process of connection,and the all-round linkage of the educational organism,which reflects the colleges and universities.The educational structure of ideological and political work,cohesiveness,resource sharing and synergy.The second part,focusing on the two logical arguments of "people and society",explores the value pursuit of the”'Sanquan' Educational Community" in the university at the individual level and the social level.From the individual level,the '"Sanquan'Educational Community" of colleges and universities has always been concerned with the spiritual growth of people,and strives to promote the socialization process of individuals,realize the fundamental tasks of the people of Lide,and satisfy the freedom and comprehensive development of people.From a social perspective,the '"Sanquan'Educational Community" of colleges and universities serves to deepen the reform of the new era.Its purpose is to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,promote the connotative development of higher education,maintain social order and promote development.In the third part,from the three aspects of social ecology,higher education and college ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the realistic factors that affect the value pursuit of the "'Sanquan' Educational Community" in colleges and universities.First of all,the expansion of the relationship network in modern social ecology,the fast-food nature of "value flow" and the negative effeects of market rules hinder the re-construction of community value pursuit.Secondly,the development gap and discipline differentiation of higher education development in higher education Trends and so on hinder the common pursuit of the value of the community;once aga:in,the long-standing contradiction between theory and practice in ideological and political education,the inadequacy of the construction of the education team,and the immature construction of the discourse system have detracted from the internal pursuit of the pursuit of community value.The fourth part explores the effective path to realize the value pursuit of the"'Sanquan' Educational Community" in colleges and universities.First of all,through the Marxist theory,socialist core values and excellent traditional culture,the consensus is strengthened,and the degree of recognition is strengthened.Secondly,the education organization system is reshaped,and the school leadership is unified,the professional team and the non-professional team work together to cultivate the attribution experience.Reinforce the sense of responsibility;once again,create a symbiotic space for value pursuit,promote resource integration,and synergy;finally,improve the scientific development of the community by improving the curriculum system,building a cooperation platform,and improving the evaluation and assessment mechanism.
