Fitness club clique course first appeared in the United States,in 2008 the United States before and after the outbreak of the financial crisis,the economic situation of people affected by a lot of,the gym began to appear a one-to-many training courses,through the development and content in the form of innovation,this one-to-many training course presents the new changes,small group course in this case was born.In 2010 or so,small-group courses began to appear in gyms in China.On the one hand,different from traditional private teaching courses,small-group courses adopt one-to-many training mode,which is highly interactive and entertaining.On the other hand,it is different from the group exercise course.The coach can take care of everyone's movements and postures to ensure the quality and effect of fitness,so it is loved and sought after by people.At present,small group courses are popular in national fitness clubs,but the form and training content of courses show various changes,resulting in uneven training results.This article through the literature method and the expert interview method fully understood the small group curriculum at home and abroad present situation as well as the present domestic main curriculum form;Two different training modes were adopted for the experimental group and the control group,namely,circular training mode and traditional strength training mode.After the experiment,the effects of circular training mode and traditional strength training mode on members' body composition,body girth and body function were compared and analyzed by questionnaire survey and logical analysis method.Conclusions are drawn through the experiment:(1)The body composition test results of the control group before and after the experiment showed significant difference P<0.05,while the test results of the experimental group showed significant difference P<0.01.After the experiment,all the indexes of body composition in the experimentalgroup decreased significantly than those in the control group.(2)the training mode of both the control group and the experimental group reduces the body circumference,but the training effect of the experimental group is more obvious than that of the control group.In the comparison of upper arm circumference,it was found that the circumference of the control group decreased more significantly than that of the experimental group,while the circumference of the waist,hips and thighs of the experimental group decreased more significantly than that of the control group.(3)There were significant differences in cortical thickness of back,triceps,waist and abdomen in the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.01);there were significant differences in cortical thickness of back,triceps,waist and abdomen in the experimental group(P<0.01),while there were significant differences in triceps.The experimental group had significant training effect on the cortical thickness of the waist and abdomen,while the control group had more obvious training effect on the cortical thickness of the back and triceps than the experimental group.(4)There were significant differences in the results of cardiopulmonary,push-ups and belly curls before and after the control group experiment(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in the test results of flexibility(P >0.05).The results before and after the experimental group were cardiopulmonary,tummy curl and tenderness There was significant difference in toughness(P<0.01),and there was significant difference in push-ups(P<0.05).(5)In the test results of body composition,body shape and body function,the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,especially in the two indicators of weight and body function.(6)In terms of sports ability,sports enthusiasm,sports self-confidence,team awareness and interpersonal communication,the improvement degree of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the controlgroup.Especially in sports enthusiasm,team awareness and interpersonal communication,the experimental group members' satisfaction is very high.
