Research purposes:Functional training is one training method for body multi-joint,multi-planar.It is the multi-jointholistic, multi-dimensional action, such as the acceleration of convergence, stability and decelerationexercises. And it is also a more efficient and economic action for completing the daily life and sports.In thisstudy, by experiments on functional training to improve and enhance the effect of the elderly femalepopulation body shape, body function, physical fitness verification. Provide the basis for functionaltraining, participate in this systemic form of exercise used in mass fitness.Research Methods:The study is mainly based on experimentation.Select the60named subjects older womenexperiment volunteers45-65years in Kaifeng City, Henan.The experimental subjects were randomlydivided into2groups of30people each, the control group, participated in the experimental groupfunctional training. Before the experiment, two groups of people the action of the FMS (functionalmovement sports)。The action of the first week of the experimental group functional training to learn (notincluded in the total training time of the week), from1-2weeks to complete functional training three timesa week, every movement duration60min; the first3-12weeks, four times a week, each session will be timefor60min; the experiment for12weeks.The control group without any intervention. After the end of theexperiment, the data obtained from the statistical analysis.The results:1.Changes in the experiment after the middle-aged female population FMS (functional movementtest)1).Experimental group FMS (functional movement test) in the squat, lunge, push-ups, with asignificant difference (p <0.05) in the rotational stability than before the experiment; On time, shoulderflexibility, straight legs active elevation has a highly significant difference (p <0.01).2).Of the tests of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, a highlysignificant difference (p <0.01). 3).The FMS test of45-55year olds in the experimental group was significantly higher than the56-65year olds.2.After the experiment the body shape of middle-aged female population indicators1).Experimental group in weight, BMI, hip circumference, waist circumference, WHR, scapularindicators than before the experiment with a significant difference (p <0.05); abdomen, upper arm skinfoldthickness indicators, a highly significant difference (p <0.01).2).Three indicators of the experimental group, BMI, WHR, skinfold thickness were decreasedcompared with the control group with a significant difference (p <0.05); scapular, abdomen and comparedto the control group, a highly significant difference (p <0.01).3).The experimental group45-55years old crowd weight, BMI, waist circumference, comparedto the56-65year-old crowd scapular downward,45-55year olds hip, abdomen indicators higher than56-65year olds.3.Indicators of middle-aged female crowd bodily functions after experimental1).Experimental group quiet heart rate, blood pressure, lung capacity, stepped index greatlyimproved compared to before the experiment, there was a significant difference (p <0.05).2).Experimental group, heart rate, blood pressure, lung capacity three indicators decreasedsubstantially, and step index increased there was a significant difference (p <0.05) than the control group.3).The45-55year-old crowd vital capacity of the experimental group was significantly higherthan the56-65year olds.4.Experiment after the middle-aged female population physique in change1).Sit and Reach scores of the experimental group has greatly improved, growth in one legstanding time, reaction time. There are significant differences increased grip strength compared withexperimental(p <0.05).2).Experimental group Sit and Reach, reaction time, eyes closed, standing on one foot indicatorsare better than the control group with a significant difference (p <0.05). Although the grip force changes,but there is no significant difference.3).The experimental group of45-55year-old crowd grip strength, sit and reach, were higher thanthe56-65year olds. The reaction of the crowd, eyes closed, standing on one leg compared to45-55year olds has increased.Conclusions:1.FMS (functional movement test), functional movement tests and actions of middle-aged femalepopulation assessment and program design movement based on the test results, thereby improving physicalbilateral exercise capacity.2.Functional training can effectively reduce body fat in the elderly, and control of themiddle-aged weight, improve body shape.3.Functional training can improve and increase vital capacity and maximum voluntary ventilation,and can improve cardiovascular function of middle-aged female population.4.Functional training have a demonstrable effect on the crowd Fitness and functional recovery ofmiddle-aged women, is a suitable middle-aged female population to participate in sports activities.5.The effect of functional training is not a one or a few will be able to show, therefore, need tostep-by-step, persevere, and together with a reasonable diet, in order to constantly improve bodily functions,to improve their physique.
