Most of the output needs to be consumed in the short term due to the material preservation technology.Affected by this, although the social security fund saves the labor income of employees in the form of currency, the commodities it exchanges still come from the current output. It can be seen that the pension materials will be undertaken by contemporary workers. With the continuous progress of medical technology, the average life expectancy of Chinese residents is increasing year by year, coupled with the impact of the policy of fewer children,China has entered an aging society. As of December 2018,the number of people over 60 years old in China is close to 250 million, accounting for about 17.9%;the number of people over 65 years old is 166.58 million, accounting for 11.9%,and the elderly dependency ratio is 16.8%.[China Statistical Yearbook-2019 http://www.stats.gov.cn/tjsj/ndsj/2019/index.htm] allocating sufficient pension resources in the current output has become an important goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. However, affected by the policy of "fewer children",the youth population shows an overall downward trend.Whether the production of pension resources can meet the social needs has become the focus of academia. It is generally believed that young workers are the producers and allocators of pension resources. The higher the proportion of young workers and retired workers is,the more abundant the supply of pension resources is.On the contrary,it is the opposite.Based on this concern, the Institute of social security of the Ministry of human resources and social security, taking the retirement system of western developed countries as a reference, put forward the proposal of delaying retirement in 2008,which aroused strong repercussions in the academic community and society, and gave back a lot of opinions.According to the comprehensive analysis, the mainstream feedback can be roughly divided into three categories.First,it emphasizes the inevitability of the delayed retirement policy;second,it highlights the international trend of the delayed retirement;third,it investigates the obstacles of the delayed retirement policy from the perspective of employees. This study inherits the previous research results, adheres to the research conclusion that the policy of postponement of retirement is in line with the inevitable trend, and based on the existing data, sets the effect of postponement of retirement on the income of employees as the research perspective to show the income changes of urban employees after postponement of retirement, and puts forward safeguard and supporting measures according to the research conclusion. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, including research background, significance, literature review, research methods and roadmap. The research background is framed in the framework of the inevitable implementation of delayed retirement to strengthen the application significance of theoretical research. The second chapter focuses on the basic theory and related concepts of this study, and will set up a research model, and focus on the effect and comparative analysis of delayed retirement on employee income based on this model. With the help of this chapter, the definition of research category and concept will be more standardized, and the theoretical basis of empirical research will be consolidated. In the third chapter, firstly, the index is extracted according to the research formula set in the second chapter, then the open data is collected by using the literature analysis method, and a questionnaire survey is designed to collect the feedback information of urban employees,so as to present the index data that can reflect the income and physical condition of employees. At the same time, the index data will be used to analyze the income increasing effect and income reducing effect of the delayed retirement policy on the employees' income, and determine the influence coefficients of the two effects. Finally,we will use the effect of income increase and income decrease to analyze the three kinds of mainstream policies, and then show the impact of various policies on the income of individual workers without considering the macro employment environment. The fourth chapter, around the conclusion of the third chapter, analyzes the positive and negative effects of the delayed retirement policy, and summarizes the two.Among them, under specific conditions,to increase the income of employees' endowment insurance account, labor income and savings income,to narrow the income gap of some groups, and to further enhance the pension security of employees are the positive effects of the policy of postponement. The main negative effects are delayed retirees themselves, young workers, low skilled workers, flexible employees and other groups. After comprehensive analysis,it is found that the policy has advantages and disadvantages. To implement this policy,we need to pursue advantages and avoid disadvantages, and weigh the advantages and disadvantages. The fifth chapter,in view of the possible negative impact of the delayed retirement policy, puts forward preventive strategies.First of all, from the macro point of view,we propose a gradual, differentiated and widely solicited retirement system;second,we will propose a period of time to avoid the peak of employment in view of the employment pressure that the policy may bring to the young workers;third,we will design the calculation formula of the labor contribution rate of the on-the-job workers based on the skill level, post contribution and working years,so as to help them In addition,it will put forward targeted strategies based on the registration certificate system to accurately focus on the retired population,so as to improve the labor contribution rate of employees. In addition, the response strategies for the comprehensive impact mainly include integrating the assessment mechanism of evaluation tools such as Gini coefficient, industry classification salary, median salary, fixed asset investment income, etc Rational use of the above practices can reduce the unfair income distribution. Finally,it will also propose specific measures to protect the employment rights and interests of the middle-aged and elderly flexible employees against employment discriminationThe sixth chapter is the research conclusion and prospect."In the theoretical condition, the policy of delaying retirement can improve the income of urban workers",will be summarized as the core conclusion of this study. At the same time, based on this study,a research plan will be designed to protect the rights and interests of retired workers.
