In recent years,with the increase of mass media reports on sexual abuse cases of minors,more and more people begin to realize the importance and urgency of sex education for teenagers.Social work institutions as a third-party force to participate in the practice of adolescent sex education classes are also increasing,the participation of institutions for sex education in the school classroom and under the administration of the development of a strong "activator.".As we all know,sex education is accompanied by people's life-long education.But nowadays,the sustainability of sex education in schools is not strong.With the end of government purchasing services,it means that sex education in school curriculum will also end.In addition,in the process of social work institutions intervening in school youth education,due to the short years and the lack of relevant experience in theory and practice in this field,many problems and challenges are encountered in the process of specific implementation and intervention.Based on this,this paper takes x organization as an example,through the interview and non participatory observation of 5 organization staff,5 primary and secondary school teachers,7 students' parents and 10 middle school students,and under the guidance of the "AGIL" model in Parsons' structural functionalism theory,analyzes the difficulties faced by each system in the process of participation and the involvement of social work organizations The measures taken in the process and what problems still exist.On this basis,it discusses the path selection of social institutions.The core research content of this paper is as follows: firstly,through the analysis of the difficulties in the process of X organization participating in adolescent education and the use of AGIL model in the process of participation,the difficulties of social work organization participation are specifically divided into the difficulties of goal achievement,culture,resource acquisition and integration.In the dilemma of goal achievement,it is mainly divided into three dimensions to elaborate the dilemma: the uncertainty of goal caused by multiple participants,the difficulty of achieving goal caused by the complexity of education field,and the participation dilemma caused by the ambiguity of service goal of the institution itself;in the dilemma of cultural system,it is mainly caused by three aspects: the integration of public welfare culture and public service Conflicts,sensitivity of teaching contents and cognitive differences of educational concepts among participants;in the dilemma of resource acquisition,the main influencing factors are the cooperation intention of the school side,the reduction of project funds and the degree of specialization of the project;in the system integration,the main difficulties in the participation of institutions are as follows: the lack of coordination mechanism between stakeholders,the lack of integration of goals between families,schools and communities There is no unified organizational system among the participants.Secondly,in the specific elaboration of the four predicament systems,the author not only analyzes the specific predicament,but also analyzes some corresponding measures taken by X organization for these dilemmas.Finally,in view of these difficulties,in the path selection of social institutions,this paper mainly proposes solutions from three aspects: the professional embeddedness of education field,the value advocacy under the guidance of public events,and the sublimation from sex education to sex education.The author hopes that through the analysis of the dilemma of social work institutions' participation in school education and the proposal of relevant strategies,it can provide some research references for other social work institutions when they are involved in this field,and broaden the research perspective and theoreticalapplication of social work institutions' involvement in school classroom education.
