The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Social Work Institutions From The Perspective Of Social Ecology

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's modern economy,people's lives are becoming more and more complex and diverse.More and more social contradictions,such as employment,social security,education,health and so on,have become increasingly prominent.When the government performs its due functions,the quality and efficiency of services can not be guaranteed.The social work organizations have become the necessary means to improve people's livelihood.At present,the government provides professional services to the residents through the purchase of social work agencies.Social work organization is developed with the rise of social work occupation and professional,but also the inevitable result of the development of modern society and progress,in turn,further development of the social work agencies can also promote social work occupation and specialization.As the platform and carrier of the social work personnel resources,the social work professional service and the transmission of social welfare,social work institutions play an important role in the development of social work in our country.Therefore,in the current understanding of the social work agencies,found the problem,put forward feasible suggestions,can promote the further development of social work,and provide a model for social work institutions established after the new day.From the point of view of research methods,this paper adopts the qualitative research method,and the specific research methods are literature method,interview method and participant observation method.From the theoretical perspective,this paper is from the perspective of social ecological systems theory of private social work agency in the development of the current difficulties faced by Nanjing XX social work services were analyzed from three aspects of macro,meso and micro system system system.There are few articles to analyze the plight of the development of social work institutions from the perspective of social ecosystem theory,which is the innovation of this paper.After the comprehensive analysis,the author summarizes the difficulties faced by the development of social work institutions from three aspects:micro,meso and macro aspects.From the microscopic point of view,there are difficulties in the construction of professional talent team,the plight of the participation of the service object,the lack of professional projects;From the perspective of the system,the organization has its own operation and management difficulties,the plight of social work agencies and government relations,inter agency competition;From the perspective of macro system,there are some problems such as the imperfect system of government and the establishment of the government,and the low social credibility.Through the description of the current situation of the development of the institution,and the analysis of the causes and difficulties,we can find the common path to promote the further development of the social work institutions.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the further development of social work institutions.including:improve the relevant system,improve the management and operation of-the mechanism,to promote the professionalization of talent,social credibility.I hope to have the certain instruction significance to the similar social work organization localization development.
