With the development and application of service-oriented government concept and collaborative governance theory in various fields,universities have also started to change the concept of education management,start to face the needs of the students,serve the students as the starting point,introduce one-stop service mode,and set up a one-stop student affairs service hall.The one-stop student affairs service hall realizes the collaborative linkage of various departments to solve the problem of student affairs,and further promotes the scientific and high-efficiency of the studentundefineds transaction.In the present day of the continuous development of the Internet technology,the traditional student affairs management mode has begun to show the non-adaptive state,and based on the cross-functional coordination,it is required to pay attention to the established responsibilities and the relevant rules between the governing bodies and the departments,so as to achieve the effective interaction.Therefore,on the basis of drawing on the cross-department collaboration,the new perspective is used to explore the construction of the ideal one-stop student affairs service hall,optimize the student affairs service,and help to improve the current situation of the student affairs service development,So as to optimize student affairs management and related research development from a theoretical and practical angle.Through the questionnaire and the field interview,this study investigated the health status of the existing one-stop student affairs service hall,and obtained the status of the service supply and service demand of the student affairs.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,the one-stop student affairs service hall is in the form of form,and the staff not valued.The content of the service is less than that of the students,and it is in the form of a form of ocean,the service flow is not high,and there is no network service platform and so on.Through further analysis of these problems,the main cause of the problem is that the inter-departmental collaborative power is insufficient,the relevant management mechanism is not established,the cross-sectional and collaborative skills are insufficient,the staff lack the specialized training and incentive mechanism,and the cross-functional coordination information is out of order,The information sharingawareness is not strong,the lack of collaborative initiative,the existence of information barrier,the lack of cross-functional coordination platform,and the system construction deviation need.Through the deep reflection of the problems existing in the one-stop student affairs service hall,on the basis of cross-cutting coordination and process re-engineering,through the method of literature research and the like,the service supply coordination among the managers is coordinated from the management subject policy,The project collaboration in the service and the cooperation of the individual service based on the technical integration are proposed to put forward the optimizing strategy,and from the unified planning of the change concept,the collaborative platform satisfying the service supply is established,the inter-departmental barriers are eliminated,and the student affairs flow reconstruction is carried out in a cross-section,Make full use of the Internet technology to carry out the collaborative reconstruction of the individual service and the one-stop student affairs service hall which is integrated under the line of construction.
