The Practical Analysis Of One-stop Service On Students' Affairs In Jiangxi Financial And Economic Vocational College

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and culture,and the continuous boost of vocational education reform,the traditional pattern of students' management couldn't be in line with the development of today's society and the method of personnel training.People began to study the change of managing students to serving students.Student service is an important part of student management.To do well in student service plays an important role in improving the quality of talent training in Higher Vocational colleges."One stop" student service center is the concrete realization of student service in Higher Vocational colleges.To study the practical application of the "one-stop" Student Service Center in Higher Vocational Colleges students service in vocational colleges is of great significance and positive meaning for the future work for students.Taking the student service center of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics as the example,this paper explores the "one-stop" service--a new type of students management model.This paper traverses practical application of "one-stop" Student Service Center of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics,investigates those problems found from it,analyzes the causes of the corresponding problems,and put forward some strategies to improve then.
