Research On The Use Of New Media In Student Affairs At Universities

At present,new media has been used in various fields of modern society,affecting the current social economy and people's daily life.At the meantime,it also changed the students' learning life and college management,especially for college students who is the mainly user of new media.New media brings convenience to the work of college students,however,followed by a lot of challenges and risks.Under this new situation,it is an essential responsibility we should assumed to promote the further development of college students' work by utilizing the new media technology.In order to research how to implement the work of college students with new media technology,I imposed the interviews through three relevant departments of Hunan University and counselors,the questionnaire was required to students also for the analysis of survey on the use of new media among the college students work.Then,under the full absorption of existing research results,and use of literature analysis,data analysis and other methods for further study.The results indicates that there are considerable achievements in using new media to carry out students' work,and the use of new media is diversified.At the same time,there are some shortages such as the ineffectiveness of using new media for public opinion supervision,the single content of new media,the lack of top-Problems strategies and the drawback in the construction of the capacity of university student staff.Based on the research on the students 'work by using the new media,this paper puts forward that we should pay attention to the working environment of new media background,and improve the supporting mechanism of the new media to participate in the work of college students affairs.Apart from the task talked above,attaching great importance to build community platform by "Internet+ "mode to enhance the effectiveness of new media for college students work is also an enormous challenge.
