At present,colleges and universities have basically completed the construction of digital campus,and have successively invested in the construction of smart campus.It has become the choice of many colleges and universities to build an online service hall centered on process construction,management and optimization.The construction of online service hall is of great significance to break the "information island",realize cross campus governance,and optimize university management and service.Firstly,based on the theory of process reengineering,this paper carefully analyzes the current situation and problems of business process,fully understands the needs of teachers and students,then redesigns the process,and then introduces the realization of business process in the online service hall based on the micro service architecture.Finally,the implementation effect is tested to verify the correctness and practicability of the design concept.At present,the online service hall has been put into operation,which can serve teachers and students well during the operation period,achieve the expected construction goals,improve the management level and service efficiency,and have strong theoretical reference value and application prospects.The innovation of this paper is to optimize the design of university business process based on the theory of business process reengineering from the perspective of top-level design,and combine the mature and stable micro service architecture to granulate the complex business process and build an online service portal that supports cross campus management,complete functions and stable operation.
