Research On Implementation Of T Company Manufacturing Quality Management Informatization Project

Informatization is the major trend of economic and social development,it is also the only way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.As one of the core part of enterprise management,quality management will change greatly with the development of information environment.T Company build factory of 5.5th and 6th generation low temperature polysilicon thin film transistor liquid crystal display in Xiamen in 2011 and 2014.With the coming of "data and information"era,major customers have realized that informatization will bring unprecedented impact on management,and put forward requirements for T's quality information system.T company is also aware of the benefits of information systems,and take it as a strategic measure in 2017.T decided to set up a project team,and regard it as an independent project,it is required to improve the quality management informatization construction of T company within 1 years,and meet customer requirements,enhance industrial competitiveness.Based on the project management theory,quality management theory and informationization theory,and combined with practical problems,this thesis studies the application of informationization system in the quality field.Firstly,the current situation of quality management informationization in T company is analyzed.It is found that there are four problems:waste of manpower,low efficiency of decision-making,poor efficiency of exception handling and poor transparency of information.With the help of tools and methods of project management,setting project time objectives,cost objectives and quality objectives,define the scope of project research through work breakdown structure,set up a matrix project team,allocate resources according to costs,tracking project progress with Gantt chart.Finally,the project objectives are achieved.It solves the problem of quality information system of T company and esta'blishes the management method of quality information system suitable for T company.It not only meets customer requirements,but also improves the quality management level and industry competitiveness of T company.
