The management of experimental instruments and equipment in traditional electronic laboratories is based on manual management,manual recording,and scattered experimental equipment.Teachers cannot manage and remotely monitor all instruments and equipment in the laboratory at the same time.In the experimental teaching,the teacher can only guide the student's experimental activities by going to the student's experimental position to read the data of the experimental equipment.It is not conducive to the centralized and efficient management and control of laboratory equipment,and it is not conducive to the efficient and intelligent development of experimental teaching,which makes students' experimental learning effect not satisfactory.With the introduction of the "Internet +" concept,the electronic laboratories of major universities have begun to apply a large number of the latest technologies,and the experimental systems are developing in the direction of information and intelligence.At present,although the instrument and equipment experimental system of most university electronic laboratories has greatly improved compared with the traditional laboratory instrument and equipment experimental platform,the degree of automation and management efficiency have been greatly improved,but the existing experimental systems still have some shortcomings and limitations.Sex.Mainly in the current experimental system only has the role of scheduling experiments,management equipment information,can not achieve remote monitoring and configuration of laboratory equipment and equipment,does not have the function of guiding students to conduct experiments and assist teachers in experimental teaching.This subject comprehensively analyzes the current research on the experimental system of electronic laboratory equipment in colleges and universities,and proposes an intelligent experimental system structure based on embedded gateway,which integrates experimental instruments,Internet communication technology and experimental assistant teaching organically.A universal intelligent experimental platform for electronic laboratory equipment is realized,and an innovative experimental teaching mode of "Internet + laboratory" is realized.Through the research and analysis of the current mainstream instruments in the electronic laboratory,the shortcomings of the existing experimental equipment structure of the laboratory are summarized.The embedded intelligent gateway is mainly composed of data acquisition,data mediation forwarding,and host computer processing.Intelligent experimental platform for three functional modules.For the experimental system communication method,the implementation scheme of data/command transmission processing is studied in detail.The system can obtain communication data of different types of instruments,and adopt TCP/IP Socket programming mode to realize networking communication of the entire laboratory equipment.As the bridge of the whole laboratory communication network,the gateway is the focus of the system development.Based on the embedded system,the gateway hardware development platform is designed to complete the system hardware circuit design and PCB board design.In view of the multi-communication data forwarding problem caused by the communication requirements of different types of instruments encountered by the gateway,the format conversion of different data types is studied in detail in the gateway software part,and the multi-communication data forwarding function of the intelligent gateway is realized.The PC software and the student terminal are designed and implemented based on the C/S and B/S architecture respectively.The teacher can remotely monitor the experimental data,remotely configure the experimental equipment and assist the experimental teaching through the client.Students can log in to the learning system through the browser cross-platform multi-terminal,and learn the experimental documents uploaded by the teachers.Finally,build a test platform in the lab and design a test plan.On the basis of completing the overall functional test of the embedded intelligent gateway,the intelligent experimental platform is tested in detail.The test results show that the functions of the intelligent experimental platform meet the system requirements,achieve the expected goals of the project,and can operate stably and reliably.
