The12th Five-Year Plan emphasizes to promote high-tech industries through bignational technology special programs' leading&supporting effects, industryinnovation engineering and financial supports. With the rapid development ofhigh-tech industries and networking, high-tech industrial knowledge networking isbecoming the most important way for enterprises to get knowledge resources andbuild competitive advantage. So how to accelerate knowledge flow is not onlygovernment's important agenda but also influences knowledge subjects in the network,especially high-tech enterprises' development. And recently, research on knowledgenetwork from complex network aspect has become a hot topic. So the further researchon this topic has both practical and theoretical significance.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the references about knowledge network andknowledge flow. Secondly, it analyzes the influence mechanism between knowledgenetwork structure and knowledge flow, as well as the spillover effect, lock-in effectand innovation effect caused by the influence. Next, through Comparison andAnalysis, it optimizes some interaction rules, proposes a dynamic knowledge flowmodel based on Agent. In this model, it takes strong relation and weak relation intoconsideration, and finds out the dynamic transfer of knowledge network frame. At last,it simulates the key feature variables by using the newly built simulation model.From the simulation, we find that the model has good adaptability. Throughknowledge flow, the high density network will gradually decrease density and produceconcentration effect. During the process of the knowledge flow, there are two periods.The former mainly depends on knowledge transfer while the later on knowledgeinnovation. And knowledge flows faster if there are some rich knowledge subjects inthe network which is useful to increase the networking knowledge level. The resultsshow that putting the major efforts on developing leading high-tech knowledgesubjects is beneficial to the improvement of the whole industry, thereby realizing ournational new century technology strategy.
