Effect Of Knowledge Flow To Technical Innovation Capability In High-tech Industry

High-tech industry charactered by Knowledge intensive and capital intensive isthe pillar industry of knowledge economy and the important source of of economicgrowth. Now it has been the core of world economic competition, its developmentacquires the governments’ high attention. Since the reform and open policy has beenpublished, our country has paid great attention to the development of high-tech indus--try, and has issued a series of high-tech industry policies to promote the developmentof high-tech industry, and now it obtained great achievements. But with the speedingup of the process of global economic integration, high-tech industry is facing intensepressure of competition, more and more high-tech enterprises begin to pay attention topromote technical innovation capability, and knowledge is the important resource oftechnology innovation. At present, the high-tech industry is paying more and moreattention to intellectual resources, and in order to innovate they begin to exchangeintellectual resources with external environment through various ways. So how know--ledge flow affect technical innovation capability in high-tech industry and how is theinfluence degree, become an important problem that high technology industry mustpay much attention.The analysises that this paper uses are theoretical analysis and empirical studies.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the references about knowledge flow and technicalinnovation capability. Secondly, it summarizes the modes of knowledge flow, then itputs forward that the modes of knowledge flow contain four aspects: science andtechnology cooperation, fdi, technology transfer, staff mobility. Then this articlerespectively analyzes the influence mechanism about how’s the four aspects affecttechnical innovation capability. In2000-2008years with the14high-tech industries,We analyzes the effect of knowledge flow to technical innovation capability inhigh-tech industry in empirical research. Finally, according to the empirical results, itproposes policy Suggestions of strengthening knowledge flow.Research found that knowledge flow has a positive influence on technical innov--ation capability in high-tech industry; different modes of knowledge flow have diffe--rent effects on technical innovation capability in high-tech industry: Fdi and staffmobility have a positive and significant influence on it; Science and technology coop--eration has a much significant and positive influence on it; Technology transfer hasno significant and positive influence on it.
