Study On System Innovation Of High-tech Enterprise Based On Knowledge Flow

This article defined the concept of the high-tech enterprise and the knowledge flow first. Then, on the basic of domestic and foreign research about knowledge flow and transaction cost, we put forward building a new managing system based on the concept of knowledge flow, analysis the concept of knowledge flow's structure and operational mechanism. This article insisted that the three factors which included knowledge flow and knowledge chain and knowledge field have composed the new modern organization theory. Knowledge flow is the foundation of modern corporation development. Knowledge chain is the basic model of resource arrangement. Knowledge field is the enterprise innovation foundation. Knowledge flow brought the scientific value and social value, also faced a lot of barriers like transaction cost. We need researching on the whole process of knowledge flow, finding the institutional innovations method, reducing the transaction cost, speeding up the flow rate, expanding the value.Next, we analysis the knowledge flow's cost and value of high-tech enterprise based on this thought, use the value chain theory from Michael porter, classify and define the major activity and the auxiliary activity. We thought that the major activity is the foundation of value producing, including knowledge selection and processing, the memory and accumulation, the dissemination and sharing, the innovation and the usage, transaction activity through the whole process. The auxiliary activity reduces the transaction cost, contributes to major activity, mainly including the organizational structure system, the usage of information technology, the enterprise culture building, and human resources management. For the activities connected mutually, and the weight degree was unable to limit, we introduced the network analytic method model (ANP).The third step, empirical analysis. Through the interview to experts and the Ningbo Beilun digit science and technology zone, we realized the main transaction cost in knowledge flow. We also used software like SUPER DECISION and SPSS to conform our hypothesis. We got the following results. The main three influence factors are the knowledge use and the innovation, the knowledge collection and the processing, the knowledge dissemination and sharing. The transaction activity came through the entire process. The primary causes of transaction cost are the talent people and the communication friction. The transaction cost in the knowledge flow has a network influence structure.Finally, according to the results from theory and empirical analysis, we thought human resource is the first resource of enterprises. Institution is the most effective tools in protecting the knowledge flow created by human source. We have to do some related institution system innovation to reduce the transaction cost and encouragement. There are four suggestions. We should create the new criterions like flow meter and appraisal committee to promote the construction of information platform. We should consummate relating legal regime and organizational institution construction and strengthen the dual encouragement effects.We should learn more characters about the talent people and create the trust atmosphere and reduce the communication friction. We should realize the knowledge network and encourage school-corporation alliance or the enterprise alliance and increase the cooperative effect.
