A Research On Building Materials Management System For The Power Authority In Lengshuijiang Hunan

With social and economic development, the consumption of electricity has been inconstant growth in recent years. Therefore, the scale of power system has expandedrapidly, and the substation, transmission line has multiplied. The State Grid Corporationstrengthens transformation and upgrading for power, and dramatically increases thesupplies of the number of species, which puts forward higher requirements for thematerial management. The State Grid Corporation becomes increasingly demanding forthe network's maintenance management, power equipment repair work managementand fault repair equipment maintenance, which has challenged the quality of materialsupply, the speed and efficiency to a greater extent. It has become an important way toimprove management efficiency to establish a materials management system with rapidresponse and reliability for power system.In this paper, the author first presents the background and significance of the study,as well as its research methods and the content. Then the author makes environmentanalysis of construction of materials management system for Lengshuijiang Bureau ofHunan Electric Power Corporation, points out the problems with its management,stresses the necessity to apply materials management systems, and makes requirementsanalysis of this system. After that, an in-depth study was conducted for the design ideasand framework of its materials management system. By analyzing its guidelines andgoals, the author puts forward system structure and function modular as well as themain process design. Finally, the author explores the implementation and evaluation ofthe materials management system, which is analyzed from different aspects such as itsorganizational structure and organizational measures, the specific implementation stepsand requirements, the problems as well as the implementation safeguards, etc. On thisbasis, the materials management system for Lengshuijiang Bureau of Hunan ElectricPower Corporation has been evaluated from the perspective of its operation and effects,and some corrective measures have been proposed for dealing with the problems.
