Study On The Application Of Lean Production Mode In KN Company

Manufacturing industry is the basic industry of China,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,the competition in the industry is also growing,manufacturing industry how to remain invincible in the competition,how to use the profit maximum output with minimum cost.They are the key of research of this paper.The lean production is known as "the twenty-first Century standard mode of production".Lean production originated in the Toyota Auto Body Co of Japan in twentieth Century 50 years,Mr Chi Ono has been called "the founder of Toyota mode of production",and it been adopted in Europe and the United States in twentieth Century 80 times,Chinese enterprises have studied the lean production mode,they want to make the lean product into the work,but they do not make it well,the reason is that they don't really understand the nature of the lean production,how to take the lean product thinking into the real China enterprises and make it effective,it need to make the development of lean enterprise strategy with the characteristics of the company,an antidote against the disease.This paper uses a case study approach,KN company has introduced the lean production mode,and in this background it has starting to study the full work conditions,KN company make a plan about the lean production for the work,at last,they analysis the stage benefit about the lean production,they fully demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of introducing the KN company's lean production.Through in-depth research and conclude that there is the production site management confusion,production planning and control is not reasonable,standard and process file implementation is not in place,the logistics management is not perfect,the stock has high inventory occupy funds,the company executives actively participate in and support method in the process of implementation,they develop to improve the incentive system,build lean training system,Advocating full participation.The lean thinking win support among the people,This paper mainly analyses several elements of lean production,such as value stream mapping,lean production improvement proposal,6S site management,inventory management,the team work hard and to promote the project,to analyze the effectiveness of lean production in KN company,Through practical implementation about 6months,the KN company production management realization of standardization,the production efficiency can be improved effectively,and it brings economic benefits 48000 yuan,the occupation of stocks funds fell 9161500 yuan,the cumulative decline in inventory to save the financial cost of 200000 yuan,the rate of inventory turnover rose from 3.02 to 3.95,making KN find a way of self improvement in the market competition.Lean production is a process from point to surface,From the surface to the interior.In this process,there is a common thread is that cultivation of talents.Under the lean management system,People are the main factors of management,the people is the main factors of the enterprise culture.Lean Project in KN company have four stages,such as lean production site,lean production,lean management,lean enterprise,this project has run about three years,this paper introduces the first and the second stage,we can know the Implementation and results,in order to realize the lean enterprise lay a good foundation,to improve the lean production without end,causes the enterprise to set up lean culture is the ultimate goal of the implementation of the project.Lean production is a system tool,a kind of thought can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,to provide more space for development of enterprises.Through the research of lean thinking,this tool is not suitable for the automotive industry,but also suitable for rail transportation industry and electronic industry,lean production is a set of perfect management system,which can effectively improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,is the only way for the development of Chinese manufacturing industry.
