With the continuous improvement of the insurance awareness of the Chinese people,the demand for the insurance market has increased.Major insurance companies have launched various special services and insurance products in the hope that they will be favored by customers.However,the competition between insurance companies is becoming more and more homogenous,and the products of various companies are not much different.As a result,insurance companies shifted the focus of competition from products to services,and then from services to internal management and corporate culture.Enterprises must seek higher quality competitive advantage,and they must put forward higher requirements for employees.Any company that has a good team is equivalent to having a constant stream of productivity.The requirements of employees for enterprises must be measured through performance evaluation.Therefore,modern enterprises all introduce performance management into enterprise management,and they hope to use performance incentives and constraints to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the team.High-efficiency companies do not tolerate employees who do not perform their duties and do not love work.The insurance industry is an industry that needs to rely on sales to promote the development of the company.Each insurance company has a sales team,but the efficiency of different company sales teams is not the same.Sales staff can sell products to customers to determine the stage of profitability of insurance companies.In the absence of performance management supervision,many insurance sales personnel are satisfied with the status quo holding a bottom salary,occupying resources while also dragging the team.The hind legs.It can be seen that although performance management is aimed at individual employees,it is related to the future development of the entire team and even the entire company.The purpose of this study is to establish a performance evaluation system for Lifelife Life,and to use this system to evaluate Life Insurance Life's insurance business.This article has carried out the following research: First,based on the theory of management theory and performance management theory,through the deeper understanding of the connotation and thinking of performance appraisal,especially the importance of accurate recognition and accurate assessment;,Based on the understanding of precise performance assessment policies,this article uses field research methods to select Fude Life Insurance to carry out insurance business research and investigate the development of insurance business and achievement of Fude Life Life Insurance since 2015 and finds that Fude Life Life insurance business is not ideal,and it has a certain relationship with the lack of accurate assessment of performance appraisal in the county.There are many problems in the performance appraisal system of the performance appraisal of Fude Life Life Insurance.The indicators are not quantified enough and there is a lack of evaluation of the aiming effect of performance appraisal;Third,given that Fude Life Life does not have a performance evaluation system in the actual sense,this paper builds an index system forperformance evaluation of precision performance evaluation based on the interpretation of precise performance evaluation policies and the management theory of performance evaluation performance evaluation.Highlighting the Life of Fude Life Insurance Government Performance in terms of "performance assessment targeting".Finally,this paper uses the performance evaluation system to evaluate the life insurance business of Fude Life Life,and finds that socio-economic development and infrastructure construction are the two highest proportions in the performance evaluation performance evaluation index system,but currently Fude Life Life Insurance business is promoting There is no obvious role in socio-economic development,and the infrastructure of Fude Life Life is also relatively weak.It is hoped that this study will not only provide very concrete suggestions for the optimization of the future performance management system of Shihezi Sub-branch of Fude Life Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.and the effective resolution of existing problems,but also for other similar emerging insurance companies and scholars in China.Studying the contents of modern enterprise performance management provides some reference for reference.
