| This paper studies on the development strategy of China-Arabia Chemical Fertilizer Co.Ltd.It collects massive first-hand and second-hand information by using literature and empirical research methods such as PEST mode,Five forces analysis model,SWOT mode and Development-share matrix,to analyzes the company's internal and external environment,industry competition situation,company's advantages and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and business portfolio by adopting theories.Based on above,the paper also uses Strategic Choice Matrix to select company's strategies.The conclusion is that the company should adopt development strategies to evolve industry chain into integration orientation and reduce the cost of raw materials,carry out central diversification strategy,and indicate developing high-end and new-tape fertilizer to adapt to development trend of the industry in the future.For competitive strategy,company should base on technology as the forerunner,the service as the back up,and take the differentiation strategy which highlights the advantages and features of the ‘SACF' brand,to lead the healthy development of Chinese compound fertilizer and guide farmers to take scientific and balanced fertilization.Finally,the paper explodes company's overall strategy into the functional strategy level,redesigns the organization structure to match the company strategy and plans four projects to carry out the strategy.It optimizes the company's financial system,marketing strategy,information system,agrochemical service measures,and also strengthening links in the ways of energy saving,emission reduction,health&safety and also environmental protection to ensure the implementation of the company's strategy. |
