A Research On The Safety Control Of JH Company' Outsourcing Business

As the local socioeconomics continues to grow,the social work assignment has been further divided,large-scale enterprises usually outsource certain parts of the work.While outsourcing can lower the operational cost,and enable the enterprises to focus on their core business and etc,it also costs certain headaches.The problem largely lies in the management of the production safety of the outsourcing contractor.Through the comprehensive study and research on the vast amount papers about the cases of managing the outsourcing contractors' production safety management by both local and oversea enterprises,the thesis has produced a summary of such safety-control experience and modes.That is,"three phrases and eight measures",in details,"three phrases" means the effective precautions in the beginning,controlling over the production progress,and subsequent assessment,and "eight measures" means implementing the managerial plans,the contractor's credentials' certification,bidding on the outsourced work,contract management,preparation before the production,supervision over the progress,assessment on the whole production process and constant improvement.On this basis,through the analysis of JH Company's managerial practice,this thesis locates the principal issues in the management of the outsourcing business,and brings up proposals targeted at improving the conceptual perspectives,the regulation establishment,personnel management,safety investment and implementation and so on.After the above-mentioned study and research,this thesis makes three conclusions of the management on companies' contractors safety control.Ideologically,high attention must be held in this field,take proactive measures to designate responsibilities,and also emphasize the importance of precautions.On the production process,emphasize these six factors:contractors' safety management planning,the qualifications of the contractors,the contracts,precautions before production,progress control,assessments.In mechanisms,control the process with the combined efforts of all sections and all levels,make straight confrontation with breaches,and add to blacklist etc.
