The Analysis Of Coordinated Development Of Agricultural Insurance And Agricultural Credit In Shaanxi Province

The development of agricultural economic plays an important role in social stability and economic development in our country.The fact that the agricultural production and operation risk cannot be compensated timely and the increasing difficulty of farmers' income lead to the farmers' “loans difficult” problem more serious,and restrict the development of agricultural economy,while the coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural credit can effectively solve the farmers “loans difficult” problem.In recent years,the pace of the development in agricultural insurance and agricultural credit cooperation speeds up step by step,Bank Insurance Cooperation Mechanism has a lot of development and innovation,the corresponding pilot has been set up,Shaanxi Province in the development of bank insurance cooperation has also made certain efforts,and achieved good results.The combination of credit and insurance can effectively compensate the farmers disaster losses,and reduce the default risk of credit institutions,increase the supply of peasant credit funds.Therefore,the cooperation development of agricultural insurance and agricultural credit is conducive to promote the development of agricultural economy.This paper studies the coordinated development of Shaanxi Province agricultural insurance and agricultural credit,and regards Shaanxi Province 2001--2014 Agricultural Insurance premium income,agricultural loans and agricultural GDP as the sample data,using Co integration test,regression analysis and Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between agricultural insurance and agricultural credit in Shaanxi Province.The results show that,there exists long-term equilibrium relationship between agricultural insurance and agricultural credit,and the agricultural insurance plays a positive role in promoting the development of agricultural credit,and the agricultural insurance is the Granger cause of the agricultural credit.Based on the experiment of the domestic and foreign cooperative development ofagricultural insurance and agricultural credit and the development of Shaanxi Province products "Yinbaofu",this paper analyses the process problems of the agricultural insurance and agricultural credit cooperative development of Shaanxi Province,and raises the promoted countermeasures and suggestions.
