Innovation Communities' Characteristics And Evolution Mechanism Of Knowledge-Intensive Service Industries

The researches on service innovation have attracted more and more attention with the development of knowledge economy and continuously in-depth studies of knowledge-intensive business services,and “public entrepreneurship and innovation”is advocating in China at the same time.In the discussion of how to lead industries' development efficiently and reasonably,there are clearly common goals between services innovation and industrial ecology,as well as the possibility of mutual learning.Based on the perspective of industrial ecology,we discuss the internal structure and evolvement regular patterns of the knowledge-intensive business services industrial innovation community,and provides an empirical basis for the theoretical analysis with the scientific and technological enterprise incubator.In this study,first of all,the internal structure of knowledge-intensive business service innovation community is divided from the main factors,environmental factors and resource elements and so on,and analyzes the system structure of knowledge-intensive business services industrial innovation community,then proposes a system structure model on knowledge-intensive business services industrial innovation community from the above.Secondly,analyzing the structure,subjective quantity,subjective function,interspecific relationship and population influence through the empirical analysis by statistical method.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Judging from the industry structure,knowledge-intensive business service innovation community is dominated by the enterprises with business services,software and information technology services.(2)Judging from the innovation subject in quantity relationship,the internal service of knowledge-intensive business services industrial innovation community is not balanced between supplier and demander in quantity,the reason is that some enterprises become other multiple enterprises' clients and accept their services at the same time,and occupy a higher energy level relatively in knowledge-intensivebusiness services industrial innovation community,then dwindle numbers for the self adaptability in community system.(3)Scientific research institutions and universities,as knowledge sources in knowledge-intensive business service innovation community,take on a part of software development and information processing;its core business is developing and teaching in knowledge and technology,and cultivating talents,rather than direct business activities.Government agencies and industry associations play a role in coordinating and commanding.(4)Scientific research and technical service industry individuals occupy more service resources;the financial industry export services to other industries positively,and its' individual has a greater influence on knowledge-intensive business services industrial innovation community than other industries.(5)Knowledge-intensive business services industrial innovation community shows a significant feature--fusiform structure which is different from other biotic community.We construct a structure model of KIBS industrial innovation community according to the above conclusions.The modes of science and technology business incubators are divided into the government leading mode,the university leading mode and the enterprise leading mode according to different operation subjects,base on that we construct a operation model of KIBS industrial innovation community and verified it with cases study.We construct a evolution model of KIBS industrial innovation community with dividing the evolutionary dynamics into technical progressing,division of labor refinement,industrial structure upgrading and demands pulling,and dividing evolution mechanism into Co-opetition mechanism and self-organization synergy mechanism.
